As I get everything ready for my Virtual Fall Social my studio looks like a tornado came through it, but I like to call it organized chaos.

Here is the first shipment of boxes that have arrived. I need to count and take inventory. This is when I realize I had mixed up 2 numbers and ordered too many of one thing and not enough of another. So more orders will come. That is what happens when you get up super early to order.
Since Jeff retired he has been helping more in the studio than before. He wanted to go fishing so I said if you go early in the week that is better. So here he is cutting DSP polar bears to stuff in envelopes. I said we can put the football game on so he was not missing it.

Check out my Embarrasing stamp studio!
So bad right? But at least I have a studio and this is not in my house, can you imagine? I have taken a video years ago when it was tidy but there is lots going on right now.
Cardstock Scrap Organizing Tip:
This is how I organize my cardstock scraps, I use plastic file folders, and I use my label maker for the name. Then when we get new colors, it just peels off and I add the new label. I put all my cut pieces in here, so before I cut a full sheet I check the scrap folder.

What do you do with your cardstock scraps?

Have an awesome Monday and thanks for stopping in.

Love your “Organized Chaos”! Yours actually looks great compared to my chaos – no organization at all right now. A path to walk through and climbing to get anything. Maybe when the snow falls I will get it organized. Love that Winston has his own chair – our Daisy has one in my craft room also. Can’t wait for Fall Social and the box of goodie to arrive 🙂 Sally M.
Hi Sally, it has been a long time since we had a dog that could actually jump on stuff. He loves his chair, he was using Kevin’t little bed on the floor but he loved it too much…read between the lines, and he actually chewed a hole in it and pulled stuffing out so it went into the trash. Hopefully you can get tidied up, mine looks a bit better! Hugs, Di
How wonderful of your sweet Jeff for helping and being helpful. I’m not sure if my husband would agree to help or would be helpful. He’s not very good with scissors. Don’t be hard on yourself for mixing up a couple of numbers. It is so easy to do. Luckily you live fairly close to Riverton, UT (at least when compared to Delaware where I live). This means your order should arrive relatively quickly. Best of luck! Have a good week!
Hi Hilda, yes it came fast. You will have to see what your husband is good at and let him do that…maybe it is just staying out of the way and making supper…ha! Have a great week. Hugs, Di
Hi Diana
You are so adorable and very real! Nice of your hubby to help you now that he is retired. Looking forward to more classes and videos in the future.
Hi Joy, thanks so much, he sure is a keeper, he is off to the PO right now as I type this. It does not hurt that it is right next door to Home Depot…ha! Hugs, Di
