The Queen Bee Bundle is so amazing and I wanted to make a bunch more cards, so I want to share a tip on how to stamp on die cuts fast for this week’s Di’s Shorts. This will save lots of time when you are making multiples.

I had another set several years ago that had a small bee stamp with a die. No matter how many times I tried to die cut the stamped image being very careful to line it up, it still did not cut right. So I did something similar to you, but yet different. I first cut out an unstamped bee bee with the die. Then took my template to my stamparatus and placed it pretty much anywhere. Then placed a post it note under the cut out portion of the template. I then placed my stamp over the template cutout area and removed the template. Then I stamped my bee onto the post it note, placed my template directly over the stamped image centering perfectly. Make sure you anchor down your template with magnets. Then I placed the blank bees into the template and stamped. Doing it this way, I didn’t have to make my template by trying to die cut a perfect bee first. I hope this will benefit others as well who can’t get a perfect die cut from a stamped image.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
