I can’t believe I waited so long to play with the North Pole Mischief stamp set. It is so adorable and it is retiring so please order it before it is gone. It is on the Last Chance List and while supplies last.
Above is my version of the card on page 37 of the mini catalog. I did use shimmery cardstock instead of the thick Basic White as that is what I prefer to use when I watercolor. But looking at it you can not tell the difference from the catalog, but it definitely works better when watercoloring.
This is my twist and this time I used Basic White and the Stampin’ Blends. I also made it a full size card and added some Gingham Cottage DSP which is also retiring. I laugh every time I look at the cat’s face, she is so disgusted and the dog is so proud of himself…ha! This is a great year round set, by simply stamping Happy Birthday, cutting it out and putting it over top of the To: North Pole it makes it a birthday card. Easy peasy!
