I have had a few new customers and team members that have asked about how I mount my cling stamps. I know I have shown it on a few videos but I thought I should do a video just for that so this is what I did for my Di’s Shorts.

This way it will be easier to refer back to. I want to do more of these basic stamping videos, so if there is anything you want me to show, please let me know.
Isn’t this stamp set adorable? This is one you will be getting for registering for my Virtual Spring Social. I am over half full so do not miss out. This event will be held virtually on February 25, 2023
It is Christmas Crack Puffcorn Season
A few years ago I went to my friend Earleen’s house and she had this amazing snack. So now I make it every year. It is super easy to make and just uses the ingredients below. It takes two bags to the one white chocolate chip package. I have found this puffcorn at Target, Walmart, Safeway and Circle K in Arizona.

Directions: Melt the white chocolate chips as the package instructs. I pour both of the bags of puffcorn in a big tupperware bowl. Then I have Jeff pour the melted white chocolate over the puffcorn while I stir with my hands, this is better than a spoon so you don’t break the popcorn up. Wear gloves, and it is a little warm so be careful. After you have got all the pieces well coated spread it out onto a piece of parchment paper and let it cool a couple hours.

This is what it looks like when it is done. The salty, sweet crunchyness make this so delicious. I dare you to eat just one piece…ha! We just keep it in a covered bowl. It does not last long.
Do you prefer caramel corn?
If you like caramel corn better you can also use the same puffcorn with this recipe. I got this recipe from my friend Lorri Heiling and it is just as addicting.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dark karo syrup (I use light as that is what is in my cupboard)
dash salt
Directions: Microwave above ingredients on high 4 minutes in a glass bowl. Stir after 2 minutes.
Then add:
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. vanilla
Stir until fluffy, this will bubble up so make sure your bowl is big enough. Pour this over the puffcorn (2 bags) that is in a large tupperware bowl (one that you can put in the microwave). Stir this up gently with a spatula (be careful as it is hot).
Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Remove from microwave and stir to get it all coated well.
Spread this out on parchment paper and let it cool.
We keep this in a covered bowl too.
I don’t have a picture cause I ate it all up. Ha!
Both of these make great Christmas gifts whether you put it in a bag, or one year I filled cute mason jars with the puffcorn and gave them to neighbors. They were a hit!
Ok back to stamping…
