Jeff, Eric and I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas. We hope you are with family and love ones this year and
are enjoying some yummy goodness. I have a pumpkin pie cooling on the counter since I did not make one for Thanksgiving.
We are going to be making a ham for Christmas dinner tomorrow. I also got some brussel sprouts if anyone has a recipe for those, never made those before.

Hi Di! Cut Brussels in half, place them on baking sheet, put a little bit of oil on them, sprinkle with salt and pepper, roast/bake at 425 until beginning to caramelize at edges and just beginning to get tender. So yummy! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
