Today was a better day, after fighting 2 aura migraines yesterday, except I had to run to the grocery store and exchange some meat. I told Jeff next time I want to do the clicklist dealie (where you order online and they shop for you and you just go pick it up) tell me remember last time, and the time before. I swear I have problems each time, so that does not make it that convenient does it?

I have an easy and delicious Beef Stroganoff if you want to try it:

1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup

8 oz fresh sliced crimini or baby bella mushrooms

1 cup ginger ale

8 oz bag egg noodles

Heat oven to 300 degrees. In a bowl mix together the onion soup mix, the cream of mushroom soup, the ginger ale, and the mushrooms. It will bubble a bit cause of the ginger ale.

Open beef package and think good grief what is that smell, that is gross, we are gonna have the poops if we eat that, turn off oven, put onion soup mixture stuff in fridge, and put stew meat package in grocery sack, grab your keys drive to store and exchange it for nice pretty healthy looking meat. Drive back home.

Ok wasn't that bad of me? In the middle of this amazing recipe?  But that is what I did today.

Back to directions:

Turn oven back on to 300 degrees. Put stew meat in a casserole dish that has a lid. Pour the soup mixture over top.  Mix around a bit. Put lid on dish and put in the oven, cook for 3 hours.

About 15 minutes or so before it is done cook your egg noodles following the package directions.

Drain noodles when cooked, and serve the beef stroganoff over top.

Delicious.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
