Frozen Shoulder

This 'n' That

11 Jun

I had to look back on my blog to see when it was and it was almost 6 years exactly that I had frozen shoulder in my right arm, and now it is in the left. It gets worse every day.

I don't sleep worth a hoot, and it has my shoulders so tense I want to cry. Not to  mention the shooting pain going into my arm.

I called my doc and he can't see me for a week but the nurse said to call each day to see if they can squeeze me in so I will. I mean all I need to see him for is for a referral to an orthopedic doc like before I imagine.

Last time I got a cortisone shot and then it allowed me to do exercises without the pain, so here is hoping that is what they do again, I do remember having side effects but right now I don't care.

So I just wanted to pop in and say hi…oh and if you see me going around town with no bra on…it's cause I can't get my arm around there to get it done up.

To get a bra on hook it closed and step into it and work it up. I have done this and also told another friend and it worked for her.
Good luck and I hope you will be able to get to see the doctor soon.

Have you gone to see a Physical Therapist. Worked wonders on my frozen shoulder. Took time and work to do the exercises, but now it is great. Good luck.

Fastening the bra in front and then turning it around to the "right" way is one way to get it on, but as one sore shoulder to another there is no shame in going braless, and if anyone gives you the evil eye for doing so, just give it back. They don't walk in your shoes so they have no room to judge. In today's world, we are free to do as we please without any judgement whatsoever, and this girl will never judge anyone, especially not because someone chooses to go braless! Hoping you get in to see your ortho soon! Hugs!

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
