But it’s the WAY she cries…

This 'n' That

20 Feb

…that makes me laugh so hard.

Watching "Something's Gotta Give" while I made thank you cards this weekend and it has been years since I saw that movie…in fact I kept thinking it was called "As Good as it Gets" – till I started the blog post and googled it….oh sweet google. But everytime that Diane Keaton would cry after she broke up with Jack Nicholson, had me laughing so hard…and it was not that I was laughing at her being heart broken cause that is not funny, but the way they had her cry…at everything.  If you have never seen the movie, or if it has been a while, watch it again, and see if you don't agree…and if you have not seen it…oops spoiler alert…too late! P.S. It's still good. P.S.S. It's got the original hubba! hubba! Starsky in it too!!!

getting hair colored

So today I went for a hair cut and color…my hair dresser's hubby had the flu so I put off my appt a couple weeks (yes I am a germafobe is this is your first time reading my blog).  Eek, my hair grows fast and needed it bad.

I decided to be a little wacky and added some purple.

Purple hair

It is just subtle, Susan said if she put too much I might not like it so a bit at a time is better. She knows me so well.

What do you think? Are you thinking, good grief look at those under eye wrinkles? That is what I see…ugh!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the purple (and that's coming from a girl who wears pink on a regular basis LOL)!!! You can go darker when you're ready. Never noticed the wrinkles…huh, but be a female thing to see what others don't. Think you look great!! Keep doing what you do because it works!! (and yep, love Diane Keaton's laugh in that movie, too)

Hi Trisha, Yay, my friend Melissa does some fun things with her hair too, so I thought I would have some fun too. OMG! the under eye crap is bothering me not sure how to fix it. Have cream and so far not helping. My glasses make it worse cause I think it magnifies it cause of my tri-focals. Hugs, Di

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
