While I get back to my normal schedule, this jetlag is taking forever, someone said a day for each hour and I think we were ten hours difference, I know I was up at 2:30am this morning…and now I am losing steam.
I will be sharing some of my favorites swaps I received from our Thailand Incentive Trip for a while, that way I can get caught up and still share with you each day. Sound good? This beautiful card was made by Gina Connor from the UK, thanks Gina!
Now if only I could share the Mango Sticky Rice with you as well. I really want to learn to make it. I had tried a mango once here and it was gross, so I figured I did not like them…then our family doc gave us a list of foods to try and this was on it…OMG! I think I ate it every day. The mangos in Thailand are amazing, I must have had a raw one here.
My mouth is watering just looking at it.
Well I better sign off and get to work…my body was up early but not my brain, I washed a load of water…forgot to add the clothes, and then put them in the dryer and forgot to turn on the dryer. Yikes, good thing I don't have to drive to work eh?
Have an awesome Thursday and thanks for stopping in.
LOL I've done that – washed the washer… It's good for it – how often do you run it with out any clothes in it ??? This way, it's clean for your next load with clothes…
Mangos have to be REALLY RIPE in order to be good – almost too ripe. I'm sure everyone's told you that, since you've commented about how you loved the mango sticky rice… When you figure out how to make it, please post the recipe!
Loved the card…
Hi Sam, That is what I heard on FB when I was posting my food pics, someone also mentioned a mexican mango that is good. I have seen several recipes but have not made any, I am still trying to get over the jetlag…been getting up at 230am..took a pill last night and slept till noon…….ha!
Hugs, Di

Hi Alicia,
Well I almost got a good night sleep last night, we have not been home a week yet and they say it takes a day an hour to get back to normal..so that would be ten days I think…yikes! Thanks for loving my blog, I need to get back to posting regularily. Big hugs, Di
