It’s Got That Lived In Look Now

This 'n' That

9 May

Eric's house

I totally forgot to post pics of Eric's finished house, I think I might have shown this one with the red door? Thanks Fita for reminding me. We still need to pour a sidewalk from our house and out to the driveway, when they pour the driveway for the big house they will do Eric's.

Eric's living room

Here is where Eric spends most of his times, movies, games etc.  It didn't take him long to buy a bigger TV, I said "oh can we have your old one?" and he said "it's for sale" and I said "I'll pay for it with a house!"

Eric's bedroom

The bedroom.

Eric's bathroom

The bathroom, everyone loves the floors and so do I.

Eric's kitchen

The kitchen, thank me for not showing his Sports Illustrated Calendar that hangs in the kitchen, everyone comments on it…ha!

When I mention the big house here it is.

They put the rock on the front over the weekend, and painted inside, cabinets and floors are next. Before long we will be putting it on the market.

Well I am back to work, I am still playing ketchup.

Hi Tammy, Thanks, it is so cute, I even snuck over there last week and watched a bit of tv with Eric and waited for Jeff to come try to find me…ha! The big house is amazing, I want to live there…ha! But will settle for some upgrades to our house when it sells.

Eric's finished home is awesome, I'm sure he's loving it. The big house will be finished before you know; it's going to be a beauty. Will pray you have the perfect buyer who will be a wonderful neighbor.
    Thanks for sharing!

Nice photos. I'm not sure where the big house is in comparison to yours and Eric's.
Is all this on property you own.
and what about the chicks. I miss seeing them

    Hi Fita,
He is totally. OMG yes, I totally want to move into the new home, but will just do some upgrades to our home when it sells.
Thanks we pray for the same thing, we have a few friends interested, and our neighbors are also trying to find people that will want it. Thanks for reminding me I never showed Eric's finished house. Hugs, Di

    Hi Jan,

Oh I love that floor too, hard to believe it is ceramic eh? They did an amazing job installing it. Ceramic that looks like wood is going into the big house too. Hugs, Di

    Hi Karen,
If you look out our front doors (Eric's and ours) the new house is directly across our yard onto an acre and a quarter lot. We have about 3 acres, so we split it so we have an acre and a half that our houses are on and then we will sell the house and lot when it is done. The chicks are behind our house. I need to take a pic, this is it for the chickens and ducks, once they are gone we are not getting any more. It will be 7 years come this July that we started getting chickens and now that we are older we don't want to have to worry about having someone babysit them when we are not home. Same goes for Toby, he is the last dog….shhhh….don't tell him. Hugs, Di
