…outside ones anyway. Also electric, a/c and plumbing is done inside. Can't wait to see what next week brings us. I love Eric's questions on where things will go. It is a bit confusing when it has no cabinets or anything inside just open framed walls. Me on the other hand am decorating in my mind.
Have an awesome Saturday and thanks for stopping in.
It's so cute Diana! How many square feet? Wish I could have one in my backyard!
Hi Barb,
It is 400 square feet, it is so cute, I can't wait till it is done and to start decorating…well giving suggestions anyway. It would be adorable in your backyard as a guest room. Hugs, Di
Really cute, nice place for Eric to live on his own. Have fun decorating. Would love to see more pictures.
Hi Sandi,
Will definitely take more pics as we get further along. Hugs, Di
Diana, Thanks for letting me know. I LOVE house building! Thanks so much for this little picture tutorial through Eric's new little home. It's just wonderful! Did you draw up the plans yourself? The whole house – size & shape, front, detail, roof – it's all great! Yes – it would be a perfect addition to our backyard!
Hi Barb, It is exciting. We are also building another big home on our acre and a quarter lot to sell, that will be fun to as that starts building. We gave our builder and idea of what we wanted and then we went from there. Our builder is great as he is making it so it looks like our house. We will paint ours at the same time as well on the outside so they match. It would be great in anyone's backyard. Hugs, Di
Diana – You are so sweet to answer all these questions! Hey, maybe we should leave CA and move to AZ! Ha 🙂 You build a nice house! Eric is very fortunate! HUGS!
Hi Barb, You should, you would have an acre and a quarter and it is horse property so you could have fun with that. I shouldn't say "we". "We" are paying for it, but "we" hired a builder…ha! See you soon. Hugs, Di
