Looks like some rain coming in this weekend so at least Eric's roof is on and I hope it does not slow anything else down.
On Saturday the drywallers came in, now we just wait for the inspection, then they tape, mud and texture and get it painted. Here is Eric's closet.
Here is the kitchen and the door to the bathroom and bedroom.
Here is Eric's bedroom.
Here is the living space where Eric will watch TV.
Here is the bathroom.
I did a panoramic pic and I told Eric don't move. Ha!
This morning I got up to this…
The septic guys were here.
Now to wait on this to be inspected and then they can cover it up.
So not too bad, one day at a time eh? We go to pick out tile today.
Have an awesome Tuesday and thanks for stopping in.

This is so exciting. So happy for Eric. Can't wait to see the finished project. Who will be decorating? I'm sure Eric has great ideas but will he let you help? Happy Valentine's day to you!
That is so exciting for both of you and Eric too! I'm sure he is thrilled. This is way bigger than I initially thought. He will be close enough but still far enough lol. Are you doing the decorating or is Eric choosing the colors?
thanks for sharing the house build…..yes it is exciting to see a home go up…..have a great day!
Hi Cindy, He is up to suggestions…ha! I have given him some ideas and hopefully he takes them. Hugs and Happy Valentines Day to you too! ~Di
Hi Debra, It is only 400 square feet, so it is like a studio apartment. Too funny before I size the pictures for my blog, the bathroom shower looked big enough to park a car…ha! We are going with Swiss Coffee inside, and then we can decorate with color and we are deciding on outside now…Hugs, Di
Hi Toni, It sure is. Have a great day too. Hugs, Di
I have loved watching all this come together for your family…Eric is so lucky to have all this for himself but still be close enough when he really needs you..Enjoy your blog daily…Jan
Hi Jan, It is fun, when we were building our house we lived 45 minutes away so only saw it on the weekend. It is fun to watch it and Eric likes to help when he can, he helped put in the insulation. Thanks for reading my blog. Hugs, Di
