Can I call it Spring cleaning when people are still digging themselves out of the snow and more is coming?

This looks like Spring doesn't it?  These come up every year. So sweet. Plus it was in the 80's today!!

I also cleaned up my studio cause I have so much to do and I needed to clean it up so I could work, ya know it gets so messy I can't think straight.
