OK so I guess repurposing is not a word cause it underscored it in my blog title…oh well you know what I mean right? Find a use for something that it was not intended for.  If you have followed my blog for any length of time you know that is one of my fave things to do, especially if it involves antique shopping.

Today I had to go pick up my glasses, I only had them a month and I had a big old scratch right across the front so they replaced the lenses, there is a new-ish antique store not far from there so I thought I would zip over.  I have been trying to find something to put my Blendabilities in, in fact I have been carrying one around in my purse sticking it here and there when I think something will work, and today I found it.

Pop box blendabilities storage

It's an old Coca-Cola box and works great, it not only holds my Blendabilities (don't judge me by how many I have…I am a little addicted to them) it also holds the Stampin' Write markers, my Memento pads and refills too! There was another one there too but it had smaller holes and wouldn't work, I was tempted to get it too in case I found something for it later but I didn't. Might be kicking myself later but oh well, I find the smaller holed ones more than the bigger holed ones. These are also great for punch storage if you are out looking for something for them…but a tip always either take the item you are looking for storage for with you or at least measure it and take a ruler…ha!  The Blendabilities marker was small enough in my purse so it was no biggie to carry around.

What do you like to shop for and repurpose?

Have an awesome Wednesday and thanks for stopping in.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
