Mystery Hostess Online Workshop – Ends July 10
Really you are.
I have had a few people ask me about the bakers twine on the wooden spools picture that I showed yesterday. This is the bakers twine that Stampin' Up! sells, it comes on a piece of cardboard and I wanted it to be cute, so I had wooden spools that I had from Granny, my BFF Tracy gave me some, I even got some while I antique shop and I think Rhonda even gave me a few from her Mum. I just wrapped them around and around….and around, it is something you can do when you are watching tv. They look cute eh? I love to re-purpose things…obviously eh by the things I buy here and there. I wish things could talk cause could you imagine if you knew the story behind the old items we buy?
So as soon as I saw this card in the catalog I could not wait to order the set and make it. I do have to practice with the ink refill in the spritzer though. I also used an edgelit for the border and the catalog used a punch.
Ink: Midnight Muse, Old Olive, Calypso Coral, Cherry Cobbler
Paper: Whisper White, Midnight Muse
Misc: Calypso Coral refill, Stampin' Spritzer, Calypso Coral Bakers Twine, Finishing Touches Edgelits
I have club tomorrow, so I need to tidy up.
Have an awesome Saturday and thanks for stopping in.
