What a fun day, I did two classes at once…I thought I would try it out. It went not too bad I think. I did the 2013 Calendar class and the Affection Collection stamp set class. They were both fairly easy classes…meaning I didn't have to teach new techniques, the projects were fun, and took a little time to do but not hard. Some girls did both, saves driving to my studio twice eh?
I wanted to share an adorable Stampin' Up! card showing off some of the brand spanking new stuff from the Spring catalog. Isn't it cute?
Paper: Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Tea for Two DSP
Ink: So Saffron, Soft Suede
Misc: Artisan Embellishment Kit, 5/8" flower trim, Labels Collection Framelits
I love the new Artisan Embellishment Kit #129328 – Look at all the cool stuff you get.
and the new 5/8" Flower Trim #126869 might be the sweetest thing I have seen in a long time. You can color the roses with our ink refills, and I even dyed some in tea for a shabby chic look.
Check out this cute video of Shelli showing off the fun new Feel the Love kit that is on special only until Jan 21.
So Stephanie came and got the boys today and let me tell ya they were none too happy to be caught too. It took I don't know how long, maybe 20 minutes or more with 4 of us chasing them. She said they were pretty wild, she is used to tamer chickens, Jeff ended up catching all of them. Eric is happy he won't be woke up early every day with them crowing. I am glad I don't have to walk around anymore with a stick, but it will be weird not hearing them anymore. I'm also hoping the girls go back to laying again, I think having the boys pace back and forth probably disrupted their concentration, I mean if Ryan Reynolds paced back and forth my desk strutting his stuff all the time, I might not get any work done…just sayin'.
Well I have another class in the morning so I better hit the hay.
Have a blessed Sunday and thanks so much for stopping in.
