193,000, huh? What kind of math is that? Well that is how many stamp sets were sold on October 29 when Stampin' Up! was having their 15% off stamp set sale. Typically we sell about 14,000 stamp sets in a day, but on Monday, we sold 193,000! Thanks to everyone who placed an order that day to help us break the record. Amazing!!
You know they say hindsight is 20/20, but I wear glasses so maybe it's 40/40. I mentioned a couple weeks ago I got my first shellac nail polish and I love it, no polish getting on my cards and it looks great. I probably could have gone another week, but next week I am busy so I had sometime today to go so I did. When I got there Selena was running behind, I had made an appointment but I think the girl before me didn't have one, so they snuck her in but anyway. I noticed when Selena was polishing, my thumbs had little bumps but I figured the clear would fix it. But obvioulsy not, three of them are almost peeling. In fact when I did the dishes it made them worse, so a few of my Facebook friends suggested some things about why, so now I need to call early Monday and go in and get them fixed. Jeff and I have eye appointments so I will have to coax him to let me stop when we are in town. A man and wife were getting pedicures together today, maybe I could suggest that…ok I just peed a bit in my pants. I have said something to him before about that, and he says he needs the calluses for standing on his feet all day…too cute…not his feet…my hubby.
So this is the card I did for my swap for Monday night, it is a masculine swap. What do you think? I love this image, it is fun to color and it is one I picked up for 15% off…thought I owned all the sets did you? Nope, not quite.

You are the watercoloring Master! I bought your tutorial, but practice hasn't made me perfect, just a little better. Wonderful work, as always. Thank you for sharing yourself and your talent so generously.
