Another fun day spent with MAMMa, Melissa, Shannon, Mandy and Kimberly…Rhonda could not go. Boohoo!
Up bright and early to get to MAMMa's and then the movies, we got our favorite seats again, we always like the ones in front you can put your feet on the bars. It was fun listening to the people that had not seen the movie before, when certain things happened. I sure hope people keep their mouths shut and don't spill the beans. I remember years ago when The Sixth Sense came out and I was listening to the radio one day and the traffic report guy told the secret or the main what the heck? part of the movie and I was so mad.
Mel and I wore our matching t-shirts. We are a little washed out, but boy we look so young…look no wrinkles!
So MAMMa said I could tell this story. You know I am a bit of a germafobe right?
Well last night we bought the Harkins 2013 Souvenir cup, and this lets you fill it for $1.00 (well it will be $1.50 in 2013) when you go to the theater. I also need to go get the tshirt that gets you cheap popcorn too. Anyway as we were leaving the theater MAMMa threw her cup in the garbage forgetting it was her one to keep.
Melissa says "that was your new cup!"
MAMMa "oh my gosh!"
Garbage boy at door – reaches in and pulls it out of the garbage and gives it to MAMMa
Diana "don't drink out of it"
MAMMa <with a roll her eyes I'm not afraid of germs look> TAKES A SIP OUT OF THE STRAW!!!
Diana " OMG! that was in the garbage!"
MAMMa "it's not even my cup, this one is Coke"
Maybe I should have warned the weak stomach readers…but aren't we a fun crowd to hang around?
So anyway, on the way home tonight after movie, lunch, gelatto and a bit of shopping I went and got my nails done…no more black….
What do you think? MAMMa has this on hers and I love it.
Well I better get my butt off here I have class in the morning and the studio looks like a cyclone hid it.
Have an awesome Saturday and thanks for stopping in.
I love your shirts, Diana! I would pay just to go see the final 30 minutes of the movie! I actually had tears at the end!
I have heard there is a surprise, but I hope no one tells me before I get a chance to see it.
Not sure on the nails….
:o)
