FREE Howl-o-ween Project Kit - ends September 16
…huh?
During September, you will get a FREE package of 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon with every $40 purchase, ya gotta love ribbon. I'll post more when I get more details, I am typing this before the flyer goes up.
Added: OMG! This girl is adorable, and I love this funny little video…
…wasn't that cute…she cleans like me…ha!
I will also be picking the winner of the "No Peeking" Stamp Set (the set for online orders in August), I have my downline shoebox and potluck in the afternoon, so I will do it after that. This months free stamp set for online orders in September is "Affection Collection", I'll post a picture tomorrow, with all the details so it is in its own post, you will have your choice of wood or clear.
I got the prettiest card from Cindy Westerink at convention so I totally wanted to do this technique at Fall Fest. I remembered doing it years ago and then lately it has been everywhere and you smack your head and go geesh why did I stop doing this, cause it is so easy and it looks hard to do. Thanks Cindy for swapping with me.
Basically you cut all your layers, and then you lightly glue (you want to be able to undo it) your vanilla layers together, and then you stamp. I did my greeting first and then I worked around it. Don't worry about the little ghost lines around where the cardstock meets, when you take your stamped Very Vanilla layers apart and layer them on the Cherry Cobbler, you won't even see it. Just make sure to line everything back up. Cool eh? I think it would neat to do with a photograph.
Stamp Set: Affection Collection, Everything Eleanor
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, River Rock
Paper: Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler
Misc: Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding ribbon
Well this is a quick post, I need to finish cutting my cardstock for my shoebox swap tomorrow, and then I need to clean off my tables and get them moved around.
Have an awesome Saturday and thanks for stopping in.
Hi, Di! That is the prettiest card! Thanks for the instructions. Gonna have to try to CASE it for myself. TYFS
