Country Dozen Rewards – Free Stamps!
I hope you plan to have a fun day today. Maybe a BBQ or a picnic. I am hoping for some rain. Although I did buy some steaks the other day so Jeff can grill them up.
I was blog surfing and found this cute card (I changed it up a bit) from the uber talented Teneale Williams – Thanks Teneale! I thought it was a perfect card by using Red, White & Blue, plus it uses the new set "Reason to Smile" that you can get for the month of July only, for just $5.00 when you order $50.00 before tax and shipping.
Stamp Set: Reason to Smile (only $5.00 in July), Perfectly Penned
Paper: Midnight Muse, Whisper White
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Midnight Muse
Misc: Cherry Cobber Bakers Twine
I need to figure out a swap for convention so I can get started on it, and I need to keep it cute but not too hard, I made a therapuetic massage appointment today so I am hoping that helps loosen this old woman up.
Oh and I called the main office of Walmart today about my pharmacist experience, and they were super nice and said they would take care of it, the guy on the phone totally agreed with me that the pharmacist was wrong. They took my number and said they would call me and let me know what happens.
Well this old gal is headed to bed.
Have an awesome Wednesday and thanks for stopping in.
good for you for calling – you may have saved a life or ten today!
luv ya
Jax
I love this card Diana! Your cards are bringing me back to real card making without the pain of the super-layered. And I have a thing for chickens (even have an entire Pinterest board for my cluckers), so it's fun reading and watching the vids. hugs, Celia
first of all, Happy 4th to you and your family.
second, I really love the simplicity of your card. I may have to case it….
last, good for you for calling them. You've probably saved someone's life…
Thx for sharing your creativity….
I love this card, Di! Did you fussy cut the Cherry Cobbler flowers?
That was a safe preventitive (is that a real word?) thing to do you did to report this guy – just think if he had told this to someone who going to give the "same" meds to a child…there is a diff between tylenol you can give to children, and ibuprofen – remember when they used to give aspirin to children and the resultant Reyes Syndrome?? not good…Mary 🙂
