Today was my Nature Walk class, and I had a couple brand new girls today and it was nice meeting them. I will share the other two cards we did over the next couple days.
Tonight Jeff had on a movie with Nicolas Cage, and so I thought I would sit down and watch it with him, it was a very weird movie, and I even googled it on my phone and told him it got a big 5.5 stars out of 10…yeehaw, an academy award winning picture!!! But then I saw that William Fichtner was on it, and I like him (he is so cute) so I watched more and then I saw Billy Burke who plays Bella's Dad on Twilight…well he did not play a nice guy in this movie at all and his fingernails were longer than mine. So anyway it was almost over and I was like remembering on the google dealie it mentioned 3D and I did notice a few weird shots, so I went into the other room and grabbed our 3D glasses and sure enough, so we sat there like goobers with our glasses on and watched the last 15 minutes or so. It wasn't good enough to watch again (sorry William), but it would have been neat to see it the right way.
So back to the card, I got a bit distracted. Too much chocolate ice cream I guess.
I saw this card by Maureen Merritt, and loved it. I tweaked it just a tiny bit, but thanks Maureen for your inspiration!!!
I love the Baja Breeze and the Crumb Cake together on the vanilla.
Paper: Very Vanilla
Ink: Baja Breeze, Crum Cake, Basic Gray
Misc: Very Vanilla Seam binding, Vintage trinkets, Lace Ribbon border punch, jewlery tag
Well I have another round of classes tomorrow, so I better get to bed.
Have a blessed Sunday and thanks for stopping in.
