Today I talked to my Dad Dodds and he had his pacemaker put in this morning.  He said he has not felt better in years.  I told him he was a brat for not telling me when he was going in but he said they called yesterday to get him in today and he had lots to do so he didn't call.

I also talked to Granny today and she sounded great.  Mum is maybe going to try to take one of the baby lambs (they have had 56 in the last bit) and hold it outside the sunroom window so Granny can see it.  I think she would like that.

I wanted to show another card from my upcoming class.  This one is a case and slightly tweaked from Katie Sims (thanks Katie) she had sewing on hers, but I don't think the girls would appreciate that at class.

Stamp Set: Friends Fur-Ever

Paper: Basic Black, Shimmery White, Pretty in Pink, Brights and Soft Subtles Pattern DSP

Ink: Jetblack Stazon

Misc: Heart punch, Vintage Trinket, Watercolor pencils, blender pen

So while I cut paper, I watched or listened to American Idol.  I am glad they are in Hollywood, I like when it gets whittled down so you can really connect with people, I am glad they kept some, I can't remember names but the first two guys that sang.  I am glad they got rid of Jim Carrey's daughter cause she really did not sing well at all.  I hope that girl that fell off the stage is ok.  What a way to end the episode!

I also watched Revenge, finally next week, we are full circle to the beginning of the series, I sure hope it doesn't end where we don't know anymore then we did before. I wonder who stole Amanda/Emily's box?

Well I better get off here.

Have a great Thursday and thanks for stopping in.

Oh my gosh I went to see the lambs last night – they are running around everywhere.
I am gonna go in and see Granny tonight – join her for the hymn sing! Jade went to see her yesterday and she thought she looked good.
Dad Dodds called as well, but we weren't home so he talked to Jade. I'm glad he is doing well
    Luv ya

Di, I am glad that you Dad Dodds is doing so well!

I love this cute doggie card and I know your class will love it.

I did not watch AI as I was busy doing some preparing for my stamp camp tonight and Saturday.

I did watch Revenge and it was a good one. I wonder who took her box and how they knew about it. Do you think it was the girl playing Amanda? Next week, might be the season finale. I bet it does leave us hanging as that is the way the producers do to make you wait unitl the next season 🙂

    Have a wonderful day!

Cute card. Yeah been wondering and wondering who took the box. Maybe the real Emily or Nolan in case they need to use something against her????? Can't wait for next weeks show. Hope Dad Dodds is doing okay. Karen

This card is super cute!! And this is why I don't unsubscribe. I thought your post was interesing the other day and it does have to make you wonder why people decide to unsubscribe. Some days I want to read about chickens and take a break from my everyday world so I keep reading. Some days I don't have time for chickens so I just move on. If I just don't have the time that day I can just move on that day, but I wouldn't unsubscribe because then I would miss a card like this on a day I did have time or on a day that I really didn't have the time but looking at it and loving it just made me find a minute of me time that I probably really needed to take. You can't please them all so I guess a variety is the way to go. You do a great job on your blog and your projects.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
