This post will be a quick one. Today was a great day I had a workshop with my Trilogy gals and it was fun seeing my friends and making new ones.  Then I did a couple quick errands, then I had to get my nails done, then to get groceries (since I have been putting that off). I'm on a diet but the guys seem to feel the need to eat…ha!

Jeff and I watched American Idol together, it was kinda nice to just put up my feet and watch it (and take notes of course..ha!)

Here is my two cents:  I don't know many names cause there are still too many on the show. If you didn't watch it maybe don't read this part…you have been warned.

Tonight they did the group singers first,  I loved Groove Sauce I think they were called, they totally were a true team. The team with the cop all got sent home, thank goodness, they were horrible and that cop girl drove me nuts, I hope she is not like that at work.  They sure had some weird camera angles, maybe that was causing all the fainting and sickness, they were all seasick.  Some of the singers should never have made it this far.

When they started singing alone I like that better. I really like Ladet, he was amazing.  Phil Phillips has wiggly legs. Jen with Georgia on my Mind – boy that girl has some pipes! I like Creighten Fraken, but man that name is hard to remember, and Reed the shoeless wonder, he surprised me big time!! He reminded me a little of Tom Cruise when he was on the drums. It will be interesting to watch him if he keeps making it.

So Jennifer said that this Skylar girl (she sang country with this horrible twang) sounded like Reba…well Jennifer honey, Reba can sing the Skylar girl sounded horrible.  I think the Country Mum lady did better and she went home. Makes ya go huh? I love the Adam Dad and his Georgia on my Mind growwwlll….

I have not picked who I think might win it cause there are just too many, but Ladet was the best I think tonight.

So I wanted to show you this amazing thank you card I got from my downline Jill Parker, I gave her a little goodie bucket for going to Leadership and she sent me this beautiful card.

Isn't it gorgeous?? Thanks Jill!!!!

Well this old gal has to get to bed early.  Sean's funeral is tomorrow, so I am sure it will be an emotional day, this will be Eric's first funeral and I really don't know how he will do, I'll send up an extra prayer to Poppa tonight to have him give Eric strength tomorrow, I don't want him holding his feelings in cause that can't be good.  He is going back to work tomorrow (his eyes are all clear now) and the office will bus over all the kids (I don't know why I call them kids…but I do) that want to attend the funeral, we will meet Eric there, and then bring him home.

Have a lovely Thursday, kiss your family and tell them you love em, you just never know, life is short.

Thanks for stopping in.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
