Did you watch Grey's Anatomy tonight?  It was kinda neat the whole "what if" part of it.  I did miss George though, I wish he had of been on there.  It was cool seeing the guy that was shot and killed in one of the episodes when a bunch of people got shot at the hospital, he was alive and well, and then he got mad at the end and said "just shoot me".  It was neat how things were kinda looking like they would turn into the way it really is eventually.

Cause it was like what I think deja vu is…here goes…what I believe…I think when we are born God has our lives already planned out for us, but we still have free will and we can make our own decisions, so lets say we are walking down the street and we are really supposed to turn right cause that is where we will meet our future husband, but instead we turn left and see a job posted and we go in and get that job and our life goes this way for a while.  A few years later while you are on a lunch break you bump into a guy who you think you have met before, in fact you get that tingly deja vu feeling…that is when I think that Ok your life is back on track again, this was the guy you were supposed to meet when you turned right.  I think that is why when we meet certain people we just totally click ya know? And then others we clack with, or just grow apart over time. I don't know that is just what I think anyway…ok off my little soapbox and back to what you came here for…stamping…not blabbering.

I have a class this weekend where everyone is getting the Apothecary Art stamp set and a bunch of other goodies, including their choice of a Sale-a-Bration item. This is one of the cards they will be doing.  I got this card in a swap from MAMMa, and I just changed the flowers up a bit by adding some Baja Breeze with the Riding Hood Red ones.

007 copy
Stamp Set: Apothecary Art

Paper: Basic Gray, Riding Hood Red, Shimmery White, Twitterpated DSP

Ink: Jetblack Stazon, Sahara Sand, Baja Breeze, Riding Hood Red, Pear Pizzazz

Misc: Labels Collection Framelits Dies (you really need to get these #125598), Adorning Accents Edgelits Dies (you need these too #125595), Large pearls, Dazzling Details, Stripes embossing folder, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder

I finally watched a full episode of American Idol, I have been only catching snippets of it.  The only name I remember is Kyle Cruise, and then tonight there was the bleeding head guy, he ws good and the Lauren girl they compared to Carrie Underwood, she was good…I didn't want to watch all the craziness, so I am waiting till they get to Hollywood and that is next week, so then I will go back to my critiquing ok?  Even though I was mad about last year's kicking off of James Durbin, he is doing amazing on his own so I am over it.

So Fiji has finally figured out where to lay her eggs, she has laid the last three I think in her nesting box.  In fact tonight when Jeff got home from work he brought me in an egg and I asked if he checked Fiji and he said she was laying, so I hurried out there and watched her, I know I'm weird, I just wanted to see if she did all the cackling the other girls do, and she didn't she was so quiet, it took her about 5 minutes or so, and then plop out it came.

In fact look at these beauties, all different shapes and colors:

I need to be making some egg salad, and some crepes, Jeff loves the banana, chocolate and whip creme ones.

Well this old gal is calling it a day, and heading to bed.

Have an awesome Friday and thanks for stopping in.

Di, I loved your card that you made for your class! Very pretty indeed…

Yes, I did watch Greys and it was sorta good in a twisted way. I, like you, think that you could see that the characters seemed to take on some of reality. I think Greys has run its course though and this might be their last season.

I, too, have been watching bits and pieces of the Am. Idol tryouts. I cannot seem to stop watching that show though. I guess I am drawn to it.

I just got back from VA visiting my grand daughters, so I am out of sorts, it takes me a couple of days to get back on track!

Have a wonderful weekend, my friend.

    Hi Marcy,
Thanks, I just never know if I say something to offend someone I would feel bad, so I try to be careful.
    Hugs,

    Hi Di!

(Sorry I never post on here! But I am here A LOT! I am constantly inspired and I get some good laughs here, too. 🙂 )

About the deja vu thing, that is a great way to look at it. I get deja vu on occasion and I'll think of it in that light from now on.

    Thanks for always sharing!

    Hi Di,

Just found your blog! Really nice, inspiring cards. And I love the chicken updates! Congrats to Fiji…we have 5 backyard chickens, all bantys, and a banty roo. The girls all molted in the fall and stopped laying and we have just started seeing eggs from them again. We also have our neighbors' 6 full size gals while they build their coop at their new house, and you can set your clock by them, they have never slowed down laying all winter. The little roo trying to "romance" the big girls is a sight to see!

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
