…this year I will do the 2013 calendar throughout the year, so by the time the year is over, I can just send it to the printer.
Today I spent most of the day working on my 2012 Desktop Easel calendar. I swear I am the slowest person. I have to get it just right. I had to fiddle fart around to make the calendar cause I wanted it different then the template, so I pretty much had to do it from scratch. I think it will be adorable when it is done, I'll share those pages when I get done with the girls calendar, is that ok? Or are you sick of looking at calendars? I am going to wait to send it to the printer until the 4th, cause then I can add more mini catalog stuff…yay!!
Today's month for "the girls" calendar is May.
It features Alice. I gave each of the girls a month of their own, I am not sure who is in the centerfold…ha! I love the picture of Jeff holding her, and that close up picture of her, makes me laugh every time, if only they could talk. I figured out what she looks like she is saying, she is like one of those police officers and there has been some sort of incident and she is saying "move along people, nothing to see here, put the camera down, keep moving!"
I was watching American Pickers and Pawn Stars tonight, boy those shows are addictive. Makes me wanna go antiqueing (in PA with the BFF), but I don't think I would have the nerve to rummage through someones garage with the spiders and stuff, I'll stick to the stores, and the odd yard sale.
This old girl is off to bed.
Have an awesome Tuesday and thanks for stopping in.
Wouldn't it be great if our pets could talk. I think if I got three wishes from a genie lamp – that would be one of the things I would wish for. I look at Charlie sometimes when she is looking at me and I just wish I knew what was going on in her head.
Have you seen the movie Good Boy? It's a cute little movie – and it's funny cause the dogs talk. It cracks me up and the little boy in it is so cute. And the mom is the girl from I think Saturday night live – you know the one that does that "superstar" thing. It's cute though.
oh and hey – it doesn't matter if people are getting tired of seeing your calendars (which I am sure they are NOT) it's your blog and you can do what you want on it!!
Luv ya
Jax
I'm just loving these calendar posts! I just adore the girls!
I am not tired of looking at your calendar. I love your creativity. I also think Toby should have a page of his own. How about that? I can't believe this is the last day you can get anything out of the Holiday catty. I am finding it hard to get out of the Christmas mode of making things. I need to pop over to something else. The stamp tree house is almost cleaned up from Christmas. Have a great day.
