Framelits Storage the Cute Way

Tutorials/Tips

7 Jan

Of course ya gotta cutesy it up a bit…not sure if it will be cut off on the blog, if it is you might have to click through to YouTube to see the full size.

OMG ignore my manicure, I tried something different with black tips, I can't wait to go back to regular white tips, I am letting them grow a bit so I can get a nice fresh set for Leadership.  I tried to move my hands around so you can't see how bad they are. Hopefully you will be so amazed by the video you won't notice…ha!

To order the framelits dies here are some item #'s

Framelits Dies Hearts Collection #125599

Framelits Dies Labels Collection #125598

Adorning Accents Edgelits Dies #125595

Magnet Sheets #119816

You can order 24/7 through my online store, oh and don't forget about my Country Dozen Rewards.

I promised to show Jeff's work on his quail coop.

001 copy
He's on the phone, my cutie patootie, maybe he's taking coop orders…ha! You can see there will be three levels for them to lay their eggs, and then there will be three doors I think in the back to open to get them.

003 copy
Here's another view. You can see where they will go inside.  Jeff says he needs to build a few separate cages cause unlike the chickens we will need to get a few male quails so that we can have quail babies.  Since we will be raising them for eggs to eat as well as quail to eat we will need to keep the stock replenished.  This is all new to me, so I am just talking and guessing at the same time. When we go visit that farm we will learn tons more, I am excited though, I think quail are adorable with their little head feather and the way they walk.  Jeff was listening to their sound on the computer and they make lots of noise too.

Well this old gal needs to get finished up for class tomorrow.

Have an awesome Saturday and thanks so much for stopping in.

A signature white 5

Love that idea Di for putting the magnet sheets inside the envies for the dies! I have seen some putting them in the stamp cases, but I like keeping them in the package they come in better. I would never have thought to cover them w/dp…you are a clever gal 🙂

What a FANTASTIC idea, Diana! Thanks so much! And I have to confess…. I had no clue that only the largest heart was scalloped. I had been avoiding buying it because I prefer non-scalloped hearts better. I finally took the plunge yesterday and decided to order it. And then you showed your set and now I'm even happier to see that only the largest one is scalloped. Thanks for the great idea. I'm definitely going to do this with mine.

Very cute way to store framelits. I mean, why not use the containers they come it. Seen them put in the DVD cases, but why spend the extra $ for those?

What a great idea. My Framelits are still virgins, but I will use your idea when I finally break the package open. Jeff is going to raise quails and you're going to eat them! OMG! I so don't see that happening. Eggs, yes. Squab? No.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
