Here Piggy, Pig, Pig

This 'n' That

25 Nov

012 copy

The blog title post is a little tease to my sister Jacqui who got me hooked on the tv show American Horror Story, (there was a pig episode) I got them all watched and I am all up to date and she still has one to see…how funny eh?

I also feel a little piggy after today, I ate too much, but I am determined to lose weight, I know you probably get sick of hearing me talk about it, I started back on my pilates which a few years ago worked for me…now I was younger then and I know it is going to be harder to get the weight off now, but it has to be better than nothing.

I was zipping the TV around tonight, and saw they were roasting Charlie Sheen, and I remember watching roasts years ago with Dean Martin and stars like that…holy moly these have come a long way, it seems people are getting teased about anything, things that really are not funny.  I did laugh and it seemed like the funniest people I had no clue who they were.  In fact one guy Steve O, who said that he has been clean for 3 years or something wanted to get a black eye from Mike Tyson, so he ran into Mike's fist, he missed and it hit his forehead. Then as the show ended he wanted to try again, this time it broke his nose and blood was all over his teeth…I am thinking, this guy is clean and sober? What the heck was he like when he was not?  Maybe I should have watched the Lady Gaga Thanksgiving special? Ha!

I'm gonna be quick after all that blabbering, this is another of the fun shoebox cards from Rhonda's meeting, this one is by the uber talented Kathya Hidalgo, one of my Demonstrators.  Love the embossed pig Kathya!!

Don't forget Button Buddies is the Free Stamp Set of the Month.

I better sign off and get to bed, Jeff has the next week off and I asked him if we could walk in the mornings and he said yes…so I have to get my butt out of bed…he is a much earlier riser than I am.

If you are one of the shoppers that actually get out into the stores, be careful and have fun. If you prefer to shop at home in your jammies, where there is no pushing and shoving, no fighting for a parking spot, while you sip on your morning coffee, don't forget the awesome Online Extravaganza is still going on!

Have an awesome Friday and thanks for stopping in.

The card is darling. What a funny thing to bring up the day after the biggest tummy feast, losing weight. But losing weight is exactly what I was thinking today. I didn't get to feast since I was supposed to go to work. We were just going to go out to grab a bite. Last year since I had to work too we went to the Chinese restaurant. This year there was NOTHING in our town open but a Sonic. Dean went with me and didn't realize they didn't even have a walk in part. We ate a Thanksgiving hamburger and hot dog in our car, but, we were together and for that I gave thanks.

Oink oink!!! It is kinda weird – but cool too – to see people from other shows on that show.
I didn't want the dude from Modern Family to die though! I like that Morris Chestnutt is on it!!!! He was one of my favourites on the short running V series!!!!
I hope to get that last episode today!
Hope your turkey day was good!!
    Luv ya

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
