Straight No Chaser

This 'n' That

21 Oct

While I was stamping and listening to Pandora Radio a song came on that I totally love, but I did not recognize the singers. OMG these guys are amazing.  Here are a few songs, what do you think? I think I am going to get their With a Twist CD. They look like they have as much fun as my favorite band Ryan Shupe & The RubberBand.

Here's the song that came on Pandora that made me pop up to see who it was. Tell me if this doesn't put a skip in your step, a snap in your fingertips and a head bob… a Saturday Night Live style head bob.

Since I'm a Country gal, I had to share this one:

Since my danged old ears suck, I miss a lot of when they are just talking, but I would love to see these guys in concert, I could enjoy the songs anyway.

Check around YouTube there are lots of songs by them, even a Lady Gaga medley, the guys made cute "Little Monsters".

Have a great Friday and thanks for stopping in.

A signature white 5

I agree. They are awesome! I'm hoping being they are from Cherry Hill, NJ (aprox 1 hr from me) that I may actually get to see them in concert at some point.

They have the BEST Christmas CD's … 2 of them, maybe 3? A group of guys who sang in college & re-discovered 2-3 yrs. ago via You Tube! Believe they have all quit their day-jobs and got back together to sing! Just awesome!!!

I love this group also. They are coming to Cleveland but I am going to be out of town. The tickets are crazy expensive but probably worth it. I have the Christmas CD which is awesome. However, I like the other things they do also. Thanks for the reminder.

I was coming to tell you about the 12 Days of Christmas but I see someone already beat me to it! Here's the URL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Fe11OlMiz8

It is so funny! My high school students actually first introduced me to them around Christmastime 2 years ago!!! They are amazing!
As are you – you are one of two blogs I visit everyday as I'm trying to cut down on the amount of time I spend online and instead use that time to build my own business! Thanks for all your amazing ideas!

They're touring all over, because I'm in Madison, Wisconsin and going to hear them in person on Wednesday. I have the With A Twist CD and have listened to it over and over. Such talent!

Straight No Chaser is a super group. If you like a cappella singing, check out the Sing-Off on Monday evenings on NBC. They started their competition with 16 groups, and I think they're down to 7 as of tonight, after singing in various styles. Super entertainment! … A friend of mine saw Straight No Chaser in concert and said they were wonderful.

OMG!!! I am ALL country and though they may not sing Zach Brown's "Chicken Fried" as well as Zach does, it was my favorite. I think I wrote you a while back that Zach is my son's friend and he worked so long to make the BIG TIME. Now he is there and I am so happy for him!!!

Sorry I am so late posting on this thread. Hubby & I spent the month of August in China and I am still trying to catch up with over 2000 emails I had waiting when I got home. I am still behind on things and things keep happening around here. I hope to be caught up by the New Year!!! LOL

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
