Mimeograph Monday – Here’s to You

This 'n' That

3 Oct

004 copy

Today was another round of Birthday Calendar Class.  I also finally went to the grocery store, I swear I have not got there since I got home from my trips.  I still need to sit down with my recipes and start planning meals and stuff, as I just kinda pick up stuff here and there and that is no good, and really expensive if you think about it.

I did however get to my Mimeograph Monday, since I have been slacking with it lately.  Do you like seeing them? They are fun to do.  Let me know if there is one in particular you want me to do and I'll try.

This one is from page 207 of the main catalog and a cute card I think.  What do you think? It's hard to tell in the picture but I used the new Simply Scored Scoring Tool to make the little marks on the Old Olive layer.

003 copy
Stamp Set: Creative Elements, Friendly Phrases

Paper: Island Indigo, Old Olive, Riding Hood Red, First Edition DSP

Ink: Old Olive, Island Indigo

Misc: Pinking Hearts Border punch, Small Heart punch, staple

I saw this cute FlashMob thing, I saw it originally on Facebook (which by the way FB drives me nuts with all it's changes) anyway back to the video, this guy proposed to his girlfriend at Disneyworld and arranged this FlashMob thing, I just love her reaction when he jumps in and starts dancing, it makes me cry and I don't even know them…I am a big old sap.

Wasn't that cute, and I bet you shed a tear or two right?

Well I better get off here, with all my trips and classes my FLICKs are late getting out.

Have an awesome Monday and thanks for stopping in.

A signature white 5

Oh I am sitting here just crying, how cool. DH is going to be home any second and ask me why my nose is so red. Thanks for sharing that with us. I love the Mimeograph Monday. I have been in my stamp tree house all weekend working on the cards I need for next weekend. I still haven't made my sister's BD card. I know I need to get my behind in gear. Thanks for the inspiration.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
