So Impressed

This 'n' That

11 Aug

042 copy

I missed Masterchef last night cause we were sitting out with the girls but I looked online and I could watch the show tonight.  I am bummed who went home, cause I can't stand that Christian, Mr my poop don't stink (but we all know everyone's does) and Suzy, who totally copied Ben's idea for the Shepherd's Pie.  I also am not a big fan of the bald chef judge, (but I loved what he told Christian) not sure who he is, but I love the big guy and he is always dressed so funny, with the hats and the glasses. I loved how they had to cook a recipe of a famous chef and they pretended to be waiting on someone, and then Ramsey came around the table, cause it was a recipe of his,  he was like a school kid, that was funny.

I got this cute card from Kadie Labadie, she is coming to class this weekend, and she sent her check with it.  Love it Kadie!  She punched the circles and added them to the card, and then she ran it through the square lattice embossing folder, that makes sure it all gets textured…cool eh?

041 copy
Paper: Concord Crush, Baja Breeze, Rose Red, More Mustard, Perfect Plum, Whisper White

Stamp Set: Petite Pairs

Ink: Concord Crush

Misc: Circle punches, scallop circle punch, white gel pen, scalloped edge border punch, square lattice embossing folder, paper piercer

Well Jeff got Fiji's new coop done, but it was too late to take pictures, but we did get her all set up inside (I hope she will be ok tonight in her new digs), and I will take pictures tomorrow, she definitely has more room to run around.

Have an awesome Thursday and thanks for stopping in.

Cute card. This is one of the things I will be teaching in a class I am teaching online. It is called fun things you can do that are legal with your Big Shot embossing folder. I can't wait to see the baby in her new pretty condo. Thanks for the pics yesterday.

Love hearing and seeing all your chicken stories Diana. You make me laugh everytime I read your posts. And I agree, send Christian home for heavens sake! I guess at least he makes the show interesting. The bald chef is Lydia Bastiani's (?) son. She is a popular cooking show chef who does Italian cooking. Cooking with Lydia maybe?

Oh Di….how SWEET to post my card – I totally feel like I'm in the BIG TIME! I offered this card technique to my July Stamp Camp ladies BUT…have to give Dawn Griffin (in Michigan) credit for this card recipe layout which she shared on her blog this past week. I just changed up the color theme and sentiment! Can't wait to see you and the girls on Saturday. Happy Stamping!

I was so sorry to see Ben go but what an inspiring person he is – the way hemaccepted his fare. Love him. I want Adrian and Jennifer in the finals. Don't like Christian and don't like Suzy much either. I have a bad feeling that Christian will win. Love your blog. See you in St George next month

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
