…I mean pane.
Today while I was in town I ran a couple errands and also checked out a couple antique places, and I picked up this neat window pane.
They had two but I liked this one cause it had that latch thing on the bottom. I want to put DSP behind the glass and use it for a display. Neat eh?
I wanted to show you the other card I did for the stamp club girls this month, and I copied it from Melissa Davies, notice I said copied and not tweak? Cause I totally copied her. The card was beautiful Melissa, thanks for your inspiration.
Paper: Crumb Cake, Whisper White Textured Paper
Ink: Whisper White craft
Misc: Organza ribbon, lace ribbon border punch
Don't you love it? Now hold on until July 1, cause that is when you can order the punch and the stamp set. Fun!!
So the other day Jeff was out shaking the trees, they have these pods on them and he was trying to get a lot of them to fall off. He noticed he had something on him and brought it in the house.
It was a little inch worm. But he wouldn't inch for me, he would only do it for Jeff.
Isn't that funny? I told Jeff he probably smelled more like the outdoors than I did. Jeff let him inch around a bit and then he took him outside. I do believe this was the first inch worm I put on my blog. It's critter season so lets hope they don't get scarier.
Well I am gonna sign off for the night. Have an awesome Tuesday and thanks for stopping in.
oh can I ask where & how much?????? I have been looking for one for a while! LMK please 🙂
What an absolutely cute idea for the window. I have one of those old windows with the hardware on it. It has a painting on it and I have it hanging in my hall (actually I have it sitting on the floor right by where I want to hang it). Your card is so feminine. I love that punch and am so glad I got it. Have a great Tuesday. Where is a pic of my buddy Toby? I haven't seen him in a while or the girls.
Well I hope he is not one of those bad bugs that make those cobwebby type things that kill your trees.
Luv ya
Jax
Here's an idea for your window…instead of putting DSP behind – use SU vinyl and the bigshot/dies – cut out the images and put right on the window. I have made serveral for myself and gifts. The SU vinyl does great outside in the "elements"
Love your card Di….but have to say I think????? I might like your Inch Worm just a little bit more????? (but of course I am just kidding!)
Love that you (or in this case Jeff) were able to get him to "inch" for the camera. How cute! Look forward to more critter w/Di (tis the season!).
YOu are s just so darn funny and cute. Love your post about the inch worm. The card is gorgeous. Guess I will have to copy it too! My hubby bought a window pane like that to put on our wood fence in the backyard. Cool!
Absolutely beautiful and elegant!! I'm going to have to copy that for my next stamp camp….thanks!!
Hugs, Kim
Love the card…wasn't sure if I am the doily type but this might just pull me into that direction. I found a window frame last summer, just one solid window and put the def. decorative "create" definition on it for my stamp room. Love the look. In case the inch worm becomes a family pet, you could name him Lucky, as in Limeade!
WOW!! I am sooo honored! I look to your blog for inspiration all the time!
Hugs, Melissa
