Triple Layer Punch

This 'n' That

5 Jun

002 copy

When I was doing my last watercolor class where everyone attending got their own stamp set "On The Grow" I looked around on the internet and one of the places I go to for inspiration once in a while is Splitcoast Stampers, and I found this awesome card by Jenna Barber.  I knew I wanted to use it in class.

I loved how she used the new Triple Layer Punch around the circle.  Thanks Jenna, you are so talented.

001 copy
Stamp Set: On the Grow

Paper: Basic Black, Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, Watercolor Paper, Love Letters DSP (OMG! I am going to miss this paper, it is retiring so get it now cause it is only available while supplies last.)

Ink: Jetblack Stazon, Real Red, More Mustard, Soft Suede, Basic Black, Sahara Sand, Not Quite Navy, Old Olive

Misc: Neutral Buttons, Bakers Twine, Vanilla Seam Binding, Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch, 3" circle die

If you don't live local and can not attend my classes and you want to learn how easy it is to watercolor with ink refills I have a 7 page PDF on how to do it.

My 10/10/20 My Digital Studio Card class today was a blast and everyone loved the cards, and boy they were done in record time.  I may have some long distance class packets available, let me know if you are interested.

In between classes I ran a few errands, I needed to buy some foundation, I don't wear much makeup and well I think maybe I should as my face is getting older, and I also wanted some new hair stuff, I loved my hair in Alaska it felt better, now that I am home in hot Arizona it feels so dry, so I am hoping the stuff the girl gave me will work. I like that I am growing it longer, but ugh if I can't control it.

Wanna see something cool?

I better hit the hay, I have another round of class tomorrow and I have set a goal to get up every morning at 6:30 am and walk for half an hour. I did it this morning, I have got to lose at least 10 pounds for convention.

Have a blessed Sunday and thanks for stopping in!

A signature white 5

    What a nice card!!!
That poor baby blue bird looks exhausted!! My brother lives in Alabama and he sent me a picture of little robin eggs. They just hatched — all five of them!!! They live in a little bird house he made on his back porch. This is the second time they have come there to have babies!!! So cute!!

It's hard to believe that ugly little thing turns into a robin.

The bird coming out of its' egg is really cute. We have a couple of nests by the garage and the babies are in it right now. I have tried to take pics but so far it isn't happening. I need to get a ladder but am afraid of being dive bombed by mom and dad. Great card.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
