Well I did it, I know I said I wasn't going to…but well I did. I went and got my nails done again, I know, I know I was gonna let them grow out, BUT after watching the video the other day, I love the look, so I made sure that Selena made them short so I can pick stuff up and type. I also made sure she didn't make the whites so darned wide your fingers look horrible. You know what I mean right? I was looking online somewhere and it showed this brides hands, and the danged white was half way into her finger, and I was like ugh…that is not a good look. They turned out nice and so far so good, I can type and pick stuff up.
I wanted to show you another cute card I got from Mary Anne Grimmer on the cruise. I even have this set and have not even inked it up yet. It's called Sunny Fun #123040 (w) #123042 (c) from the mini catalog.
I love how she did all the different DSP, it's like a quilt. I need to get this stamp out, it has cute flip flops too. Speaking of flip flops, my sweet friend Kim Sinclair had the cutest Croc flip flops on cruise…yes I said flip flops, me with boots and sneakers on the whole time and she is running around with her feet out in flip flops. But once I got home in the 100 degree weather I wanted a pair, so I had to order them online, they didn't have any at a store around me.
They are supposed to get here Tuesday. I hope they fit, I did go to a store and try a pair of other kind of crocs on to get my size as I heard sometimes the sizes are wrong, and I know they just have full sizes and I think that is why I have never gotten any crocs that are shoes cause I need the inbetween size, so I am hoping flip flops will be fine.
I also wanted to show a few more pictures from cruise. I found this one when I unloaded the camera that Jeff was using.
Here's my cutie patootie on his Halibut fishing trip, not sure if they are moving or what cause don't look like any of them are doing much except freezing. Jeff met some really nice people on the excursion, no one from Stampin' Up! and one of the young kids that was on the trip with his Dad is actually going to ASU, how funny is that? It's a small world.
My fabulous photographer friend Tiffany Bauer sent me these pictures, she took like a million pictures, and so she was nice to send me a few.
Here's me stamping up my make n takes, I never finished em but I got them started. Don't I look like I am having fun? I was!!
Here's a much better one then I took of Meg Daves, Tiffany & Susie Wood – what great memories. Still wearing your ring Meg? How's that stamping room Susie??
Here's me sitting on Tiffany's lap…ha! Love this girl, we met at convention last year and then I got to know her lots better at Founder's where she took me under her wing.
Here I am sitting on another knee…ha! This is my sweet GoDiva queen and Advisory Board member and Tiffany's BFF (she wears a lot of hats eh?) Robin Merriman, I didn't get to see too much of her on the cruise, she had her family with her and they went on excursions and stuff, I am looking forward to seeing more of her at convention. Love ya Robin!
I think that's it for now. I am gonna hit the hay and get up early and try to crank out the rest of my displays.
Have an awesome Saturday and thanks for stopping in.
I am lovin' all these pics of you in Alaska. TFS
Carey and Roscoe
Love, love that card. Looks like everyone had a great time on the cruise. You deserve it.
Love you too, gf! Don't you forget it! And we will have to MAKE time at convention, k? Smooches!
You …..you…..ordered crocs??:o)
the thing with crocs is you really need to try them on. Depending where they were made determines the sizes – you would think a size 7 is a size 7, but seriously it depends where they were made so you need to try them on.
I'm sure flip flops will be okay though….although…I got my crocs…and I wear them all the time….I thought they were the most comfortable shoes I had ever had – and now I am having some foot problems and my doctor said the crocs are the worst thing for my feet cause they have no support.
luv ya
