See ya later alligator…

This 'n' That

19 Jun

007 copy

…oh wait I mean monkey.

This little guy is retiring so if you want him and his accessories, don't miss out.

Today I had my first round of 10/10/20 Masculine card classes, tomorrow since it is Father's Day I did not schedule a class, plus I have all the catalogs to get ready to mail out Monday.

This is one of the cards from class.  I think it would be an adorable baby card.

006 copy
Stamp Set: Sock Monkey

Paper: Bashful Blue, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla, Bashful Blue DSP

Ink: Early Espresso

Misc: Striped Early Espresso ribbon (also retiring…yikes!)

I stamped Mr. Monk with Early Espresso Classic ink onto the Very Vanilla cardstock then just used a blender pen to pull a bit of the ink from the stamped lines.    Quick and subtle.

I had originally made this card with Whisper White, I got it all done and then went to put the striped ribbon on it and then went oops the ribbon has vanilla, so I redid it.  I'm anal like that.

Since Julie (hey hunny) likes it when I call myself an old girl….I'm gonna say…this old girl is headed to bed so I can get up early.

Have a blessed Sunday, and to all my Dad's, Happy Father's Day!!! Thanks for stopping in!

A signature white 5

I've always thought sock monkeys were creepy and will not be sad to see the last of that stamp set!

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
