Ten Pounds

Tutorials/Tips

8 May

Happy Mother's Day Mum, and all the Mum's out there.  Whether you are a Mum, a Mom, a Mother, or even a MAMMa, I hope it is the best ever!

I'm gonna be quick tonight, I have a delicious recipe to share from one of my friends Linda, she said she got it from a healthy magazine but can't remember which one.

Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

2 pounds boneless chicken breast (please note it is not my girls)

2 tbsp. taco seasoning

1 cup low sodium canned petite diced tomatoes

1 small onion – diced

1/2 cup finely diced celery

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1 cup salsa

1/2 cup water

Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Spread tomatoes, onion, celery and carrots over top and then cover with salsa.  Pour 1/2 cup water over mixture, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Remove chicken and shred, then put it back in with the juices.

Serve on warm tortillas with sour cream.  Yummy!

I would really like to lose 10 pounds, but it aint happening, so it was I wanted to lose 10 pounds before cruise, ok how about 10 pounds before convention.  Definitely before my little sister's wedding in September.

Since I am being quick tonight I thought I would share a couple old tutorials in case you are a new reader or forgot about them.

This showed with the old style punch but you can do it with the new style too.

Love those daisies, maybe you could whip up a couple for your Mum.

Have a blessed Sunday and thanks for stopping in.

A signature white 5

Love, love, love your videos. Such good information. I have a suggestion: I bought the Distressing Essentials kit on page 195 a while back and don't know what to do with it. Can you do a video to show the advantages of this kit. I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
