Well this Mimeograph Monday has a bit of a twist…I usually copy a card out of the catalog or mini, but this time I copied one of my favorite stampers Carrie Gaskin. Thanks Carrie for being such an inspiration.
Since today was Mother's Day we did a little bit of cruise shopping, Jeff is all done, and I still have a few things to get. The guys took me to Uncle Bears for lunch, and then we headed home. I didn't do a lot till the early evening and I have Rhonda's shoebox swap tomorrow so this is the card for that, so I hope you'll still agree it is a Mimeograph Monday card.
Stamp Set: The Open Sea, On the Grow
Paper: Cajun Craze, First Edition DSP, Not Quite Navy, Vanilla Naturals, Early Espresso
Ink: Cajun Craze, Not Quite Navy, Early Espresso
Misc: Earl Espresso Wide Grosgrain, Early Espresso Taffeta, Jumbo eyelets, vintage trinkets, Square Lattice Embossing folder
While I was working on these I had on Last Cake Standing? Did you watch it? If not don't ready anymore, but if you did, I was so mad that they picked Richard as the winner, I never did like him. I really wanted Marina to win. I know her cake had some flaws, but it was decorated beautifully, his was just a lot of paint.
Well I better hit the hay.
Have an awesome Monday and thanks for stopping in.
To order any of the Stampin' Up! products seen here, my store is open 24/7 – Thank you!
Beautiful card. I love this set and the paper.
I love the card. I wasn't wild about the stamp set or the paper but of course once I see it done up I love it. Thanks for sharing. I hope your boys gave you a great Mother's Day. My step children took their evil step mom (me) and the real mom out for lunch which was great. Dad went too and it was wonderful.
Hugs, Carey and Roscoe
So glad you liked this, Di! Hope alls well….C
