Mimeograph Monday – Flores Suaves

This 'n' That

11 Apr

Me cupie

OMG! Again just like last year I find pictures of me on my sister's blog that I have never seen.  If this was not me I would say this is an adorable picture…ha!  I'm just wondering what the heck I was doing? Was I posing? or pooping?

I had a fun workshop this afternoon, met some new faces and some I have not seen in a while. Before I left Jeff said "figure out where you want to go to dinner cause Eric and I are taking you out." so I was like cool.  Then Jeff said "Eric is buying", and I've not seen Eric move so fast in a long time, he ran out of his room and was like "no way!".  What a guy!

So I decided I wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse, they have great steaks, and the guys are meat and potato  men.  I would have gone to Cantina Larado, but Eric would not have liked the menu so I was cool with the Roadhouse.  When our waiter saw my birthday coupon for a free appetizer, he was like "oh we got a birthday" and I was like "yeah, but I don't want to be sang at, or sit on the saddle" and he said "no problem!"  Tracy's daughter Jessica works at a Texas Roadhouse in PA, so she knows all the stuff that goes on for birthdays.  No thanks, just give me my free onion blossom thing, and I'm a happy camper.

So by the time we got home I had to be quick with my Mimeograph Monday card and I wanted to look at the Spanish catalog to see the samples they had for Flores suaves, I love this set, who cares if I can't read the writing.  The flower, bee and tulip are gorgeous!

Are you watching Last Cake Standing? I watched it last week (first episode this season) and then tonight was the second one, I'll let you watch it (in case you taped it) and I will comment tomorrow, my old brain is tired. I'm gonna hit the hay!

Have an awesome Monday and thanks for stopping in!

Oooo! Beautiful card. Who cares if you can't read the fine print. You could do that with another background.

That is a precious picture. Sisters are always coming up with one surprise or another. As for what you were doing, my guess is that you were doing something you weren't supposed to so you were checking to see if anyone was looking!!!

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
