Oh my gosh, I was so lazy today, but I guess Sunday is called a day of rest eh? I slept in and spent most of the day on the couch in my jammies watching the Food Network of all the past Chopped winners competing, texting back and forth with my BFF Tracy, if we watch certain stations it is the same thing, so we are kinda watching tv together…and I am so glad that Madison won, I love him and was crying at the end when his daughter came out.
Then we watched the Chopped Allstars, and was a little disappointed cause all the hype made you think that the main stars would be on it, and it was no one I recognized except for the Lisa chick from the Next Food Network Star show, and I didn't even like her on it. How many weeks of unknowns before the real stars come on? I mean I think the commercials should be a little more honest.
So anyway, with my laziness, I didn't even stamp today but I did get so many nice comments and emails about my open house and I want to thank you so much!
I had a few people ask what cards the girls did, and I showed these in past posts, you can see them here and here.
Also a few of you asked about the cupcake recipe. Well I bought a box of chocolate cake mix and made cupcakes with it, and the icing was from a can. The marshmallow creme I put in the center was one jar of marshmallow creme and one stick of butter, and you just mix it up really good. After the cupcakes were cool, I put the hole in the center and put the marshmallow creme mixture in and then icing-ed them.
Have an awesome Monday and thanks for stopping in.
Good for you, having a day of rest; you deserve it! You work very hard for all us stampers and it shows. Thanks again for the wonderful open house!
I am so proud of you taking a day off and not doing much except for yourself. I actually went in the stampin tree house and did some stuff. I am so proud of me. I even had my little sistah over and we did wome stuff in the tree house. Have a great week.

Thank you…I am sooo glad to have found someone else who was disappointed with the All-Stars–toooo much hype for me too!
Glad you had a relaxing day!
Thanks for sharing the proportions for the marshmallow/butter filling. Gained another pound just reading it. I don't have that handy tool, so will just take a large wooden spoon handle and make pits in each cupcake before piping in the filling. I'll be sure and make them sometime when I give away most of them! I'm thinking orange cupcakes! Yummmm.
