It's starting to get warm again. We had a few cool days though and that was nice. I usually sit out in the late afternoon while the girls run around, and I sit in the shade, reading my Nook app on My Precious, I am loving that. It's like my little break time. I remember years and years ago, oh wow it was before Eric was born, so that would be like 23 years ago, anyway if you worked and smoked it was like you could take a break and go outside and have a cigarette, but then when I quit smoking, there was no reason to take that break. But hey I'm my own boss now so I take a break whenever I feel like it. Ok, so I got off topic there.
The girls have started rummaging around in the rocks by the house, it is so funny to see and hear them. Cluck cluck cluck and then flick flick flick there goes a rock. Jeff was like pretending to be all mad and he was yelling from across the yard "get those chickens out of my rocks!". They could care less, if they can find a bug or two they are happy.
I tried to impress Jeff with my corralling talents where I can get the girls to go back in without having to chase them now, he just rolled his eyes. Men.
So I have a 10/10/20 Birthday card class coming up (I have almost 50 people taking the class over the three days, and also a private class too), so I have been cruising blogs and online for card ideas, and I found some cute cute cards, and this one was on the talented Jenn Picard's blog, and I changed it up a bit, different DSP, ribbon and colors, but it is Jenn's card. Thanks Jenn, you are an amazing stamper. I also copied another from her, I'll show you that one in a day or two.
Convention registration is right around the corner, and I can hardly wait.
If you have been thinking about becoming a Demonstrator…
…here are some reasons why being a Demonstrator is so much fun, and why now is a great time to join. This special ends March 31.
So not only am I addicted to bunching up the ribbon with the sticky strip, I am also loving cutting the wide striped ribbon in half and fraying it.

A quick question for you. Would you be interested in buying the cards I show on my blog? I am trying to decide if I want to like sell them individually or like say have 4 or 5 in a bunch? Just an idea, thought I would throw it out there for ya to contemplate.
Well this old gal is headed to bed, I got more cards to design tomorrow and a few errands to run.
Have an awesome and terrific Tuesday and thanks so much for stopping in.
I gotta get me some of that fat ribbon!
Luv ya
Jax
Diana, I have this set and have never inked it up…love what you did w/this pretty set. I feel a case coming on, gf!
Love your card Diana. So perfect for a make & take.
I love the card. I haven't tried cutting the wide ribbon in half but I think that is a technique I need to do. I love how it changes up your card. I AM GOING TO CONVENTION! I'm not too excited am I? See ya there.
Carey and Roscoe (who is sad they don't invite dogs- I would love to meet Roby)
I love that ideal with the fat ribbon. I will have to add that to my want list LOL
I would love it if you put your cards for sale.
Thank you for sharing with us today.
Have a wonderful week!
Hugs,
Lynn in Conover
Yes! Yes! And yes!! I would love to buy your cards!!
Love this and all your stuff. However, when I bunch up my ribbon to stick on the sticky tape, after a few days it unbunches and unsticks; I even used the really wide sticky tape. Any suggestions?
