Yep. Well I don't do it, but Jeff, Eric, our neighbors Jim, Meredith and their kids all went on the weekend. Jeff forgot to take his camera (he has my old first ever digital, that sucker is huge, but it works for him, plus if heaven forbid he ever loses it I won't not be too upset at him). Meredith took some great pictures so she came over today with her memory stick and we slapped it in the computer…that didn't work…we tried the cord, nope…and I said lets stick it in the printer, and voila that did it.
So here are a few pictures to show you.
I love the sun shining through the trees. Look at that snow. I can't remember where they went, I think it was near Woods Canyon Lake.
Jim, standing and perhaps supervising, and Jeff bending and hacking away at the ice.
Eric manning his hole, he has this little fishing thing with a bobber and when the fish bit it bounced around or something. They only had one at the store, or Jeff would have gotten one too. Eric got the first fish and I think the biggest, he always seems to be lucky that way.
A neat panoramic shot. Those trees look so weird sticking up out of the ice.
Well I am headed for bed, have an awesome Tuesday and thanks for stopping in!

Looks like that had a great time. I'm with you !!! ICE FISHING?????
That's awesome…but still weird that they were ice fishing in Arizona!!!! It just seems like it should not be possible!
Those pictures make me homesick. I have grown to love Texas, but Canyon Lake in AZ is one of my favorite places. Looks like it was an awesome day for the "boys"!
Brrrrrr! Looking at Eric's feet in tennies on the ice makes my feet cold! They need an auger if they're going to ice fish much.
That looks like fun (not). I don't like to fish and I can't imagine sitting outside in the cold on ice and just waiting for a fish to bite. I'll stick with taking pics of the gorgeous scenery.
Carey and Roscoe (who wishes that nasty winter storm would come down south to see us)
Looks like fun! (for them…not me) LOL! I would rather have kept you company in your new room. Now, that's my idea of fun!
