A Look Back on February 2010

This 'n' That

3 Jan

It's kinda fun looking back, some things I forgot about.  Plus I am glad that some of my new readers are seeing things that they missed before.

February recap 2010
Stained Mosaic was fun, and this post tells how I did it.

I love thinking outside of the box…or the dinner plate when I stamp, and this post did just that.

February recap 2 2010
Speaking of dinner plate, one of the places that Jeff and I love to go (and we have not been for a while – ahem maybe it's date night coming up) is the Deli. This post talks about our fun dinner out.

I love having critter stories to tell and this post had to be one of my faves of the year.

February recap 3 2010

Here's another post with my wacky sense of humor that you have either grown to love, or at least put up with.

February recap 4 2010
So tonight Jeff and I watched the start of the new season of Worst Cook in America, oh my gosh we were laughing so hard. I had not seen it before till this weekend when I watched all of last season cause they had like one right after each other. I love Chef Anne and she talks just like my sister Jax's BFF Vicki and I love her wackiness and how she can be critical of people's dishes but not critical of them.

Well I better sign off for tonight, I got an early morning.

Have an awesome Monday and thanks for stopping in.

Signature white 5

I can't believe I haven't read your blog since before Christmas! Will look at your look backs when I have a chance. Getting ready for my BFF Dee's visit. Loved the great escape! Going good on your stamp room! Better hide that beaver bobble head! If I ever get to AZ, you will be missing one beaver! Maybe Eric could tell you where he got it and I can get one of my own. Kind of fond of beavers. Showed off my owl calendar from my AZ friend at a stamp get together with friends. My friend stuck it on her fridge and denied any knowledge of where it got to. LOL Glad you got to compare both True Grits. Now you have to read the book! Have a very Happy New Year.

Wow I sure missed a lot of fun things didn't I? I would look at your blog every once in a while but there was a lot of day to day things I missed. I didn't realize what a great restaurant the Deli is. I just thought what a big deal eating a sandwich. I'm having a great 4 days off in a row. The stamp treehouse is getting tidied up from the Christmas explosion. Every year I wrap presents in there and it looks like a Christmas bomb went off. I don't usually get around to getting it cleaned up till March. After stamping so much around Christmas I tend to take a break. Not this year!! I am tidying it up already and going to start doing challenges (New Year's resolution). I love that pic of the bunny–did you see him much after that?

Neat cards with the pretty mosaic and and the cute Voila card.
    Wishing you a great 2011….

Hey Di!!! I am catching up on your blog since I was so busy over the holidays. I had to comment on Worst Cooks. First of all, I miss Chef Beau from last season. I'm not sure why they didn't bring him back but I miss him. The vegetarian lady is the one that really cracked me up, especially when Chef Robert was showing them how to cut up a chicken.
    Hope things are going well.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
