Well my sister Jacqui who lives in Parkhill Ontario Canada has got snow…holy moly! It was 82 degrees here today. I could not handle the snow, I don't do cold very well. Although I don't mind sticking my head in the freezer once in a while and breathing in that crisp air to just pretend. Then hurry shut it quick.
So this card was one of the shoebox cards from Rhonda's meeting a couple months ago and whoever made it didn't put their name on it. I think most of the ones I got that night had no name, and this old gal can not remember who did this one. I am thinking it was Lynda Gordon but I could totally be wrong, and I am apologizing if I am, and will correct myself if someone tells me who did it, but till then "well done Lynda!!".
Added since original post: It was Kimberly Johnson's card! Well done Kimberly!!

I love it, and I love how the leaves are tied on there, and it adds such dimension.
I told Jeff tonight that when I get started on the room, I want to re-paint the ceiling in my studio back to white. We did it, or I should say Jeff did it, Certainly Celery to match the walls, and I think it makes the room too dark and squatty, so when I told him I wanted to do it back white he said "you're gonna be busy aren't you?" Huh? Ha!
Well I won't be too chatty with you tonight, I have a boutique Friday night so gotta get stuff done for that. Having my room in a mess does not help. I do have a guy coming over tomorrow to give me a bid, and I also am gonna go over to a fellow Demonstrators house to check out her studio cause her hubby did it for her. Fun eh?
Have an awesome Tuesday and thanks for stopping in!
Pretty card…..Great layout and I like the idea of tying the stems together…really cute!
What is the bid for?? painting??
ceilings aren't so much fun!
Luv ya
Jax
p.s. – the snow is all gone now – cause it's 11 degrees above zero today and supposedly for the rest of the week!
That would be my card. :o)
I can't wait to see your studio when it is finished. Take pics of the your friend's studio so we can see what it looks like too. I really enjoy seeing what other people do with their creative spaces. It gives me ideas about what to do with mine. This is a great card and thanks for sharing it with us. I didn't care much for this samp set till we got it at convention and started using it. Now it is very special to me. Have fun today.
