Frosty

This 'n' That

19 Nov

DSCN2973 copy

I could have used a bit of frosty today, I don't know what the temperature was, in the 80's I think, but I turned the a/c on. Yep the a/c in November.  My Dad called today from Canada and said it was snowing. Snow or heat, I don't know what I would rather.

So I thought to make me feel a little cooler I would look through my Founder's Circle cards for a nice cool card, and this one fit the bill.

This card was made by Jane Wike. Thanks Jane, this is so cute!

Stamp Set: Jolly Old Saint Nick

Paper: Baja Breeze, Blushing Bride, Garden Green, Whisper White, Candy Cane DSP

Ink: Jetblack Stazon, Baja Breeze, Blushing Bride, Garden Green, Whisper White craft

Misc: Tasteful Trim Bigz XL Die, Glitter Brads, Northern Flurry Embossing Folder, Dazzling Diamonds

Now I am just kinda guessing what was used, but I think I am pretty close.

I love how she added the White Craft ink onto the snowflake and then added Dazzling Diamonds, I hope you can see it in the picture, I tried to angle the camera just right.

Well I am gonna hit the hay, I got lots to do tomorrow.

Have an awesome Friday and thanks for stopping in!

Signature white 5

Cute card. I like the way she used that folder. I need to drag mine out again. I've really struggled to use it. Hmmm…
And I'll trade you half of my 20 degree weather for half of your 80…….

What a great job. I get so many ideas looking at your blog and other wonderful people. I am definitely going to have to try doing it this way. I love that folder and am always looking for a great way to use it. Thanks for the inspiration.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
