Water Coloring with Ink Refills Tutorial – Now Available – International Orders Too!

I have a boutique I am taking part in on Friday night so I have been making a few items to sell. The attendees will stop at my table and make a gift tag if they want. Their tag will be similar to this one.

I am making some tags with a few more embellishments to sell, this one I hung on a kraft handled bag.  I stamped the holly image on the bottom of the bag to tie it in. The bag is nothing fancy I think I got it at a big box store.  I do love the tag though and the Deck the Halls DSP, man oh man. It is gorgeous!

Paper: Crumb Cake, Deck the Halls DSP, Basic Black

Ink: Crumb Cake, Basic Black

Misc: Hemp twine, Two Tags die, Pearls, Jewelry Tag medium, Vintage Trinkets, Dotted Scallop Ribbon border punch, Victoria 5/8" Crochet Trim

So tonight while I was working on these I turned on the CMA's, I listened for a bit, was really surprised to see that Kelli Pickler has put on weight, I hope she is ok, I hardly recognized her but my BFF Tracy who is 2 hours ahead said to make sure I realized who she was.  Her voice is still the same.  I didn't watch it too much as I wanted to see the ending of Harry Loves Lisa.  Cause Lisa Rinna was having her top lip made smaller.  I know such more important things I could have watched, but I wanted to see this. She has always been beautiful and now she looks even better.

Then I turned it back to the CMA's and caught the end.  I did however, thank goodness, get to see the tribute to Loretta Lynn, it makes me cry thinking about it.  I can not hear the song Coal Miner's Daughter and not think about my Poppa and Granny.  I remember that Granny was in the hospital (she has had so many surgeries in her life time, I think we counted 13). So Poppa took us to see Coal Miner's Daughter when Granny was in the hospital, I can't remember if we did it on the way home from visiting her or what, my sister Jacqui has a better memory so she may know.  But anyway, that is what it reminds me of.  She looked amazing when she came out didn't she? With her big dress on and her boobs fully covered, unlike Miranda Lambert, who I thought there might be a wardrobe malfunction, but nope that sticky strip held those babies in there.

I also was pleasantly surprised how great Gwyneth Paltrow sounded, she did an amazing job.  I would like to hear more of her.

I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that has bought my first PDF Tutorial, I really appreciate it. I am loving your comments you leave me, whether on here, or on your paypal thingie.  It makes me smile.  I will leave the paypal button on the top of my posts for a while, especially for the readers that get my blog in their email box.  Then I need to figure out how to put it on my side columns.

Well this old gal is gonna sign off for now.  I think we got another double yolker today, seems we get one I think once a week, so I like to get that one eaten quickly as I can't close the egg carton and I would hate for it to get broken.  I know they would never be baby chicks cause we don't have a rooster, but I would be sad if they worked so hard to give us an egg and then it was to be broken. Yeah I know right now Jeff is rolling his eyes, and doing that thing with his hand to show me how big the brain is on the chicken…whatever I say, whatever!

Have an awesome Thursday and thanks for stopping in!

Hey Girl you just crack me up every day with what you say & how you say it. I totally love your tie on tag. I make little thank yous for all my customers & I definitely see this one coming their way. I also am one of your happy customers (PDF WC file). Thanks Diana for putting it together. Now maybe between you & Ilina I can learn to watercolor – That of course remains to be seen. Thanks for always giving us a laugh. You are amazing. I don't see how you have time for all you do…Barb

Pretty tag! That should be really popular. Love that DSP, it's my current favorite.

I have been waiting sooooo! long for this to come out!! But once I ordered it- I found that the tutorial is only open to American purchasers!! I called paypal after I tried at least 20 times to purchase and they said that it was closed to Canadians— how sad I feel! Is there any way that Canadian can purchase your tutorial— please, please, please!

Hi Linda, I had my PayPal settings wrong, so the tutorial is available internationally now. Sorry about that!

    Thanks for ordering it!

    Hugs,

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
