Anything is possible, if you just believe.
At convention we had an awesome motivational speaker Sue Rusch, and she spoke at Leadership too. I remember she spoke years ago too, she is amazing and I take away new things each time I hear her, she teaches us with humor and I love that. My most favorite teacher in grade school was Mr. Salts and he was the same way, you did not even realize you were learning cause you were having such a fun time. This year I loved how she talked about you can make things happen but you have to decide. That goes for anything right? You decide you are going to make it a great day. You decide you are going to lose weight. You decide you are the person in charge of your own destiny, no one else. Right?
I guess I am just blabbering but I really believe this, I mean last year at the beginning of the Stampin' Up! year I decided that this would be my best year ever, and I decided that I would earn the Alaska cruise on sales alone. Alaska was our first cruise ever with Stampin' Up! about 5 or so years ago. So I sure did not want to miss it, cause we wanted to go again. So I worked hard and had a blast doing it, and THANKS to all of YOU, my customers and friends I did have the best year ever.
Jeff and I were talking at the dinner table tonight, and I told him, I have decided that THIS year will be my best year ever, I mean I want to better my best. I am not going to compete with anyone other then myself. Remember "charge of our own destiny"? So I said I'm gonna bust my butt again this year (this sounds bad, but I mean it in a fun way…I mean come on, I color and cut paper, and get to teach stamping to a bunch of great fun ladies and gents). I said I would rather bust my butt for me, then bust my butt and work for someone else. Makes sense to me. If it makes sense to you, and this sounds right up your alley, give me a shout and we can talk about what being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator can do for you, whether you want to bust your butt, or if you just want to get out and meet new people and pay off a bill or two.
I ran a few errands today and worked on a couple make n take ideas for our upcoming September to Remember event so I did not make anything to show today, but I still have tons of stuff to show you from my display stamping and my demonstration from convention.
This uses the stamp set that we got at Convention.

Great card and great inspirational talk….I'm emailing you!
I'm so proud of you. I know you wavered a little a couple of years ago – venturing out with other stamps and products – just testing the waters, and you came back to place where you belong and where you shine. Keep it up! I know you will do it and I expect to see a complete 12 x 12 scrapbook done of you and Mickey Mouse when you earn next years trip!!!!!
Luv you
Jax
