Flores Suaves means Soft Flowers according to Google.
When I saw this set in the Spanish catalog last year I totally fell in love with it, I did not care that I could not read the writing on the background stamp, the bee and the butterfly and the gorgeous tulip were worth it.
I thought it was perfect to use for one of my display stamping projects with the new stamp set So Many Thanks since it has thanks in all different languages. I also love using vellum, it makes the images so soft and pretty.
Paper: Cajun Craze, More Mustard, Very Vanilla, Cardstock Vellum
Ink: Jetblack Stazon, Old Olive, (to be honest I am not sure the color I used on the rose) it might have been Cajun, or Rose Red. Sorry, I really should write it down before I send them to Stampin' Up!, but you can color the rose whatever you like.
Misc: Black satin ribbon
So today Rhonda and I went over to MAMMa's, and we all did our make n takes for our September to Remember event, I can hardly wait to show you them…AFTER the event…so I am almost done and boom, another ocular migraine, I couldn't see for crap, trying to color and it's like you can't focus, so I cleaned up took an excedrine and went and laid down in the den for an hour till I had to leave. MAMMa made me promise to call the Doc and make an appointment, so I better eh? As I was leaving she said "this is your MAMMa talking to you!"
So Jeff was a sweetie and cooked supper. (He has a couple days off, so he was a busy house husband today while I was off working).
Oh and a couple of you have asked about the girls/chicks/gnomes and eggs…they have not laid any yet. But we check every morning and night. I am anxious to see the colors of them, Melissa said maybe I will have 4 different colored eggs, I hope I just know whose butt they come out of.
I am gonna sign off for now, and go to bed early. Have an awesome Tuesday and thanks so much for stopping in.
