Wanna Spoon?

This 'n' That

9 Jul

What? What did you think I meant? Ha!

July 09 09
Stamp Set: Compliments to the Chef

Paper: Sage Shadow, Basic Gray, Bashful Blue, White Confetti, Nouveau Chic DSP
Ink: Basic Black, Sage Shadow, Going Gray
Misc: Basic Gray Tafetta, Nestabilities Circle and Scallops, Sansodor, Stump, Watercolor pencil, scallop border punch

This is a card I posted July 09, and I love these thinking outside of the box kinda cards.  Ya just got to ya know?  Turn your stamp upside down and you never know what it might look like that way. Cause do you know what it says? Can you see it? Do I have to spell it out for you? With two knives, a spoon and a fork?

So I did some errands with Ellie and Ruth today (I had fun girls!!), and we also went to lunch to a restaurant called The Elephant Bar, and it was delicious, I tried to be good, cause I have only come down one pound after my 2 pound weight gain, I had a salad, but I also had sweet potato fries…I did share them though. I am weak for fries, I can not say no.

It was so hot today, it took my old body forever to cool down after I got home.  Geesh! I looked a bit ago at the temperature and it still was 103 and it was like 7pm!

So I called the dentist today, and am going to go in on Monday, my tooth still has this dull ache, and I just keep taking advil, I really want them to xray it good and see what is going on, and if nothing is there maybe it will just get better.  I mean I don't want it to get worse, can you imagine at convention coming down with a throbbing tooth ache, if that is not my worse nightmare I don't know what is…well other then showing up naked…we all have those dreams right?  Mine always are I am not naked but I don't have my glasses and I don't have shoes on…what does that mean?  Dreams mean something right?  Oh well I need to take care of it, since I leave on the 20th for convention!!!

Diana love the card. Most of all I love to hear of your adventures. You always make me laugh. Make sure you get that tooth taken care of before you go to convention. I had a tooth before I went to Virgina Beach and then while I was there my tooth fell out…I was so embarrassed!!

    Have a great day

Hi!!!! I can't believe it's only ten more days til Convention!! I haven't dropped the first pound and am not going to beat myself up. I am what I am. I love food and love to socialize and so that's that. Maybe after convention when my stress level is down I will do better.
I haven't started my swaps for Friday night either. So I will concentrate on those in between Open House days next week. Where are those Fries? Have a good weekend Di.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
