My Digital Studio Test

This 'n' That

19 Jun

Mds test close

I thought I would do a test using My Digital Studio.  You can get a bunch of new downloads, and I always get them. So if you have not updated, or been on-line to see some of the new downloads, you need to check it out.  I love that you get them instantly.  One of the new ones is King of the Grill, how cool is that? I love this little guy. So I thought, can I color him?

So I designed a card with MDS, and then I put the little grill guy on there, and printed it out and then colored him with the Stampin' Write markers.  He is not super duper spectacular, but I wonder what it would be like if I had the card printed at the printers instead of my printer at home?  I might try it.

Mds test full
Here is the card from the front, kinda neat eh?  My printer makes it look grainy, plus I might be low on some of my inks, I picked textured paper for the top and probably should not have. But what do you think?

Mds test side
Here it is from the side, so you can see that it is just flat.

Remember I was telling you that at the salon Tony said to put vaseline on my heels and then put on socks?  Well I have been doing it, and OMG! it is amazing, I am only doing it every other night, and probably could go every third night now, I did cut the toes off my socks, cause I am trying to fool my feet that I am NOT wearing socks to bed…in summer…in Arizona.  So with my toes out in the air, it works.

I am excited to weigh myself in the morning, I have added pilates to my exercise routine, and today I even bought a hula hoop, as I heard that is a great way to exercise too.  So I am now doing the Shupe Hoop Pilates diet combo…and no I don't want fries with that…ha!  That is sad for me to say too, cause I am a total fry pig, I could eat fries at every meal. I am not doing them on the same day I am alternating them.

Well Jeff and I are gonna watch a movie, so I am gonna git.

Have a great Saturday, and thanks for stopping in.

Well I think the king of the grill looks awesome.
I'm gonna have to try that vaseline on your feet thing! Sounds interesting.
Does Eric have a Wii??? If so, you should get yourself Wii Fit – it is supposed to be fun and awesome and it keeps track of EVERYTHING – so you don't have to! and the little voice or dude or whatever talks to you and encourages you along the way!
One of the girls has been doing it and she looks great…..she used to be quite large and now she is very thin.
    What movie did you watch?
    Luv ya
    yard sale day today.

Lovin' the card and the MDS. I did not like my MDS at first. I had a lot of problems with it. That was till I decided I wasn't going to upload to the SU professional printing site. My computer had issues with it- not the professional printing site. Now I just print it on my printer or take it to my local printers on a memory stick. Sorry SU I know this isn't what you want to see but it is truthful. Now I love using it for planning my cards and trying things together. The card is great and I hope you will be using it for Father's Day. I already gave Dean his presents. A few weeks ago we needed a new BBQ grill and I bought him one. Today his son picked him up and took him to the Casino Boats in St. Louis. I gave him some $$ that Roscoe had saved from his allowance to go crazy with on the boat. Hopefully, he will come home with lots more. Have a wonderful weekend and think of dear old dads everywhere.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
