I am so excited, so much happens today. The Last Chance List is here, and as a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator I can pre-order items from the upcoming catalog, today is also the day you can sign up to be a Demonstrator for only $99.00 and you can begin pre-ordering stuff too! You could even be attending Convention in July too (if you sign up before June 18, that is the convention deadline unless they fill up before then).
But first things first. I was organizing this weekend, and rearranging my ink pads, pulling out the ones that are retiring. I am kinda anal and I organize all my stuff, stamps, cardstock, inks etc. alphabetically so I made these labels up a couple years ago to put on the ends of the ink pads, it helps me keep them in order, I had to re-do them cause all the ink pads changed places, it was like musical ink pads around here.
Here is the file if you are interested in putting them on your ink pads too. It fits on a 5160 mailing label and I use the word window punch to punch the words out. If you are going to store your pads a different way, just remove the number before you print them. Download Updated color collection labels

Remember if there is something you have had your heart set on, don't delay in ordering it. Some items will only be available while supplies last.
Here is some more information on the awesome Mini Starter kit for $99.00. Download 99 starter kit form To sign up online, you will need my password and that is TOBY. Ask about my $40.00 incentive for joining my Di's Country INKers team, I would love to have you be part of my family.
Don't forget about my free stamp set of the week that ends tomorrow, June 2, so if you see those retiring items you are wanting, this could be a win/win situation.
Now to a card that I think turned out so beautiful, and this is also going to be my FLICKs (FIRST LEVEL INCENTIVE CARD KITs) card for my Demonstrators that earned them for May.
As I was making it I was watching the movie Man in the Moon, boy Reese Witherspoon was young in that, and oh how sad about the guy she had a crush on. With my Dad and Mum in the farming business, and Jeff's Dad and Mum retired from the farming business, I can't tell you how many farming accidents I have heard about over the years, my Dad was even in a couple.
Paper: Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White, Island Oasis DSP
Ink: Basic Black, Tempting Turquoise, Old Olive, Always Artichoke, Bermuda Bay
Misc: White Satin, Polka Dot Impressions folder
To get this look, I inked up the stamp with the markers, and then I stamped it once and barely lifted it off the paper, and stamped it again repeatedly by moving it to the left and right giving it a blurry kinda motiony look, I liked it.
I hope you had a great long weekend.
Have an awesome Tuesday and thanks for stopping in!
It is pouring rain here in Ontario, so what a lovely card to behold on such a gloomy day…I love it…
Very pretty I like the colours and that paper is cool too.
Can't wait to see the new stuff
Luv ya
Jax
Thanks for sharing the label download with us! I was trying to think about how I'd organize these and now I don't have to. Have a great day!!

What a gorgeous card…oh, and thanks so much for the labels. That label size just happens to be the size we use at work…shhhhh, don't tell!
Thanks so much for the label download! I find keeping them organized so much easier when they are labeled! ~chris
Hey thanks for the tags. I wanted to do this for my pads but you saved me a lot of work. I love the card. Putting blues and greens together is my favorite combination of colors. Thanks.

Thanks so much for sharing the labels. I've had the color groups so embedded in my head for the last 10 yrs. that I've been concerned how I was going to remember what was what in my stamp pad storage that my dad had made for me. Now with the labels on the end it will be so much easier to learn them and keep them in their groups. Funny thing, my cardstock has always been in alphabetical order, but my ink pads have been in color groups. I guess we all have our little quirks. LOL Thanks for all you share on your blog. I so appreicate all the great ideas.
Diana, I love your blog, I have to check it out everyday…sorry that American Idol is over, I loved your comments.
Thanks for the great labels, I can finally organize my ink pads, paper and I used the labels on tackle boxes for my sponges and ink refills. Worked great, stayed up til midnight working on them. Keep up the great work. Hope I can meet you at Convention. ( My first)

Thanks so much for sharing your labels with us! This will make the transition much easier!
Thanks for sharing your label file! That is exactly how I organize my ink pads as well but never thought to add labels to them!
Sherry
Beautiful cards, and thanks for the label file! This will be very helpful in my organizing efforts!
Hi Di,
I like it with both the black outlining and the black ribbon – but both cards are lovely and simple to do! As usual, beautiful work.
Pam
Thanks for the label file!! I made two copies..one for my stamp pads, and one for my re-inkers–because I can never read the writing on them. Printing in black with the color category will be so helpful.
