Three Lips

This 'n' That

13 May

DSCN1637 copy
I mean Three Tulips.

This is the last card that I did at MAMMa's class last week. Tomorrow I will start showing the cards for my Elements of Style class. I have been cutting paper so it has been nice to have some cards already done to show you each day.

Well tonight on American Idol we said bye to Big Mike.  Although if you go to see the tour you will see I think the whole Top Ten singing and I am sure someone will pick him up as a recording artist.

It was nice seeing Fantasia again, and she looked awesome, I always liked her.  It is hard to believe her daughter is 9 already, it does not seem that long ago that she was an Idol.

When they first said Casey's name and that he was safe, I was like whew!  Then Jeff and I were sure it would be Mike going home and you could kinda see on Mike's face that he thought it too.  But then they had Daughtery sing and then we remembered the night that he got kicked off and we were so shocked and then we got thinking eek, what if he jinxes someone.  So then when they picked the second person to be safe the way they said Lee's name they talked like he was going home, and tears filled my eyes, but it was Ryan drumming up suspense.  So then it came down to Mike and Crystal, and I think if Crystal had of gone home we all would have fell on the floor in confusion.

I don't remember what they said they would sing next week, I know they go home next week to see their families. It will be fun to see them being themselves and see the crowds they pull.

I guess there is some questionaire on the American Idol website and I am gonna go check it out.  They might want my two cents…ha!

Well I am headed to bed, I have a bit of a head ache so want to nip it in the bud.

Have an awesome Thursday, if you are a Twilight freak, do not forget that Oprah has Edward, Bella, Jacob and Jane on her show today.

Thanks for stopping in!

OOO that is very pretty – I like those tulips! I don't have the bird punch….might have to get it…thanks alot!!!!
OOOOo the Twilight crew on Oprah…..lovin' Twilight…Oprah makes me gag – do you think she will actually let them speak??
Hey did you hear they may make a huge character overhaul for the last two movies?? I guess the secondary characters want more money and Summit does not want to cough it up.
I hope they finally do – I don't want different people playing Carlisle and Emmett and Alice.
    Luv ya

Love the "Two LIps" card. I haven't tried this one yet but guess I need to. I figured Big Mike would go home once they said Casey was safe. Enjoy Oprah today. I meant to tell you that but I forgot that nothing about Edward would get past you!!! lol

I love using that bird punch to make the tulips. You can also use it to make a rosebud. I think this is a card I have to CASE. Darn you, you got me started looking at AI. I am impressed with the girl with the dreds, I think she will go all the way. Roscoe is sitting right here (begging for some of the c-a-n-d-y I have) and says to say hi to Toby. I hope you have a wonderful day. It is supposed to get violent here with thunderstorms later tonight. Hopefully, I will already be at work by then.

Loved it when Casey said that he wanted to go to Texas so he could hear people say "ya'll". How cute is he!!! Will be fun to see who wins. Crystal seems a little overconfidant sometimes and that may be her undoing. BTW I like the bling on the sherbert card : )

Oh I love this card!! Love MAMMa's Style.
I couldn't text you a thing last night without giving anything away. But I think next week a Judge will pick a song for each contestant. They usually find out by their towns Mayor or someone important from home.

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
